The "premium" room is a good choice, do not book the "basic" room if you want comfort. We stayed for a night in a basic room and then changed to a premium one for 3 more nights. The premium room was relatively modern, simple but equipped with everything you need, clean, bed was very comfortable. The bathroom needed a couple of fixes, like shower closing and fixing of the toilet, but nothing dramatic. The lobby area with seats, water and coffee for the guests is a very nice feature. Staff was very nice and helpfull. We enjoyed our stay.

The "basic" room we had the first night was a desaster. There were stains of what felt to be mold on the walls, paint was literally falling down from the ceiling, the bathroom door had no handle, so it could not be closed from any side. This room was extremely uncomfortable and overpriced.

Comfortable and quiet. Staff is nice.

The check-in could be a little more simple as there is not always someone in the building to open you if you don't have the code. We helped some travelers when they arrived because they were blocked outside. Also consider this place a hotel, so it means they have to kitchen and no ammenities to cook anything. It would be a great idea to install a small place to cook some basic stuff in the hall since there is already some couches. A toaster, microwave and a boiler would be a great add on for people who stay more than 2 days and don't want to always go to the restaurant. :-) A mini fridge in the room would also be a good idea. Anyway, you get the point. ;-)

1. Hotel staff. They were very nice and welcoming. I was upgraded to a room with a balcony. I had some problems getting into my room but the staff were very attentive and helped me solve this problem. And also, they love dogs, they have a wonderful beagle 🥰 2. Location close to the center and they will recommend you where to eat and drink👍 3. the room was clean and prepared for our arrival 4. The lobby of the hotel was very cozy and stylish.

I can't say that I was disappointed, but there are a few moments: 1. The air conditioner broke during the night. but we were not hot because there was a fresh wind outside 🙈 2. there was no hair dryer in the room

I spent just the night, the bed was comfortable, very peaceful

I wanted a water fountain or any drinkable water and was impossible, the shower water was not easy to warm up, I had to leave the water running for 15 minutes to have it warm (too good for the planet). I didn’t got the chance to have a coffe or something before leaving

Friendly staff

My doorknob was askew, difficult time to open. No cup in bathroom for brushing theeth. Went to use the waterproof in morning it was nowhere to be found. No blanket. Had planned to make a cup prior to departure.

Very comfortable, clean - great location, helpful staff and extremely good value.

In fairness the only thing that was somewhat disconcerting was that some guests could make considerable noise, however, that has nothing got to do with the property itself.

Great staff always happy to help you. Nice rooms very clean and comfortable. Beautiful building, great renovation.

Exceptionally helpful reception, lovely ambience, very close to Lustaq bodega

Not overly keen on the surrounding area at night - or the keypad entry system. Walls were paper thin

The bed was very comfortable and had quiet A/C. The area is safe, scenic, and easy to walk around.

Staff is only there during the day so no one can help you if there is a problem in the evening. You can hear every noise the neighbors make - closing doors, talking, sneezing, or having a drunken party until 2am (our last night).
