the receptionist her name is Maribel, she is very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. she is just simply an amazing person, very easy to deal with, can speak English very well, and she is very likeable, there was another girl who is similar to Maribel, but I didn't to get her name. and one other girl, she was very helpful too, she called taxi for me always...

One of the girl at the reception is not very friendly, she is a little snob, I just hope she is not the owner as it is not a very good way to deal with people specially in a hospitality environment. She's not very friendly at all.

Very good hotel, excellent location, lovely staff who are so friendly and helpful. Definitely value for the money. The breakfast is great with plenty of choice. The only thing that needs to be done is to attend to minor repairs in the room. The push button on the toilet flush was broken and although it worked it could have fallen off. The door hinge housing the minibar needs repair as it is going to fall off at some point. Both those faults must be obvious to chamber maids so I cannot understand why they have not been repaired. Small matters but considering all the good things about this hotel it stands out as unnecessary. Overall, a great hotel which I will certainly recommend to anyone who is going to Jerez.

The hotel is in an OK location, about 7 minutes walk from Plaza del Aranal. It’s an older building that has been fully updated, and seems to be on a quieter street next to a small plaza. The room was an OK size, but the walls were at odd angles that made it a bit awkward to put things out of the way. Bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size and fully updated. Wifi/internet were good. Getting to the hotel is straightforward although limited parking, so just perch outside to unload. There is a parking garage (Madre de Dios) about 6 minute walk away, but the spaces are a bit tight. The staff were extremely helpful and speak good english. Breakfast was standard offerings plus some extra things, all very tasty and freshly prepared.

AC controls are next to the bed (not a remote handset), and are fiddly and not simple because the markings are tiny, tiny (we got up twice the first night to try to get the setting right)

Beautiful building in a great spot. We were travelling with our dogs and we were made to feel very welcome (additional fee for cleaning the room afterwards so it was spotless for the next guests) and the room was spotless when we arrived. Didn’t feel like we were in a lesser room because the dogs were with us. We booked parking nearby following instructions from the hotel so we paid a daily rate bit by the hour.

The room was more than large enough for a single traveller, due to warm weather, air-con was running permantely, so ear plugs are a must. For the early starters the express breakfast option was handy. The hotel is approx 15mins walk from the rail station, taxis available. The hotel is close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Perfect for a one night stop.

We was in a good position for the train station , nice room friendly staff especially the staff at breakfast .regular bus outside the hotel .

Sometimes a bit noisy outside our room by the cleaning staff at 4.30 in the morning , so a little broken sleep .

The staff was incredibly kind and attentious. Rooms were spacious, very good breakfast, everything clean and tidy. Excellent choice in its category.

Nothing to complain about! There was a small maintenance problem in my room but the staff resolved it swiftly

The hotel is centrally located in Jerez and within walking distance of the train station, which is convenient. The room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped, with water and coffee provided.

Some elements, like the wardrobes and the bathtub, could benefit from renovation, but overall the stay was comfortable.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were excellent..even changing our booking on check-in to give us a room with a bath (although unfortunately the bath stopper was broken 😞). The breakfast room was gorgeous and the food very good

There was no bar or restaurant for a meal or drink in the evening.

The hotel was very bright and very clean. Staff were amazing. Nothing was too much. Breakfast was a great selection of hot and cold food . All the staff looked very happy we would definitely recommend and would stay again. Great location.
