Central location, five minutes walk from the main plaza but quiet. We were upgraded to a suite off the central garden courtyard...lots of space and a useful kitchen area. Lighting was good...lamps for reading etc. Comfortable double bed plus a sofa. Not luxury, but it felt like home. Nice to have helpful, friendly Receptionists on hand. Wonderful bar at the top of the street!
Unlocking our door - wrestled with it till we were shown the knack. The stove wasn't connected so we couldn't make hot drinks - bought an electric kettle and donated it. Mosquito bites - till we bought a spray.

I would like to thank Alberto , Miguel and Angel for their hospitality and support - very helpful and welcoming people - and funny ! I felt like home. The hotel's location is a perfect - from there you can walk to everything . The hotel is not new, but it has its charm , I haven't missed anything , the room was cleaned every day. I enjoyed the stay there! Thank you so much! Alena D.

I really liked the hotel, its convenient location, it is 300 meters from the central square, but at the same time it is very quiet and comfortable!!! several pretty patios with lovely plants. There is a working rooftop terrace from which you can look out over the rooftops of Jerez! The rooms were cleaned every day! I especially want to note the friendliness and friendliness of the staff! I lived 10 days. During this time, I have always received informational support and just friendly chatter! when my son got a little injured I was given first aid to treat the wound! Unfortunately, I only met Anher by name, but I want to express my gratitude to him and all the rest of the hotel staff! it was a pleasure to meet you! if I come back to Jerez, I will definitely come back to you!

EL COLOSO JEREZ DE LA FRONTERA:) I like the idea of the old arquitectura, 200 Years old , we got a little apartment super comfortably, clean nice size everything! Bathroom was great 😊, Angel was pleasant and the stuff, walking distance to everything you are in the history district, !!! The Room is cold , Angel say even in the hot hot summer cause the thickness of the walls :))),, we walk to the train , with a lot luggage:) 10 minutes,,
Ummm , the look in the reception area! But them you will like it !

Location is central, walking distance to the cathedral, plenty of tapas and wineries. Room is cleaned daily. Staff very friendly. Parking situation: paid street parking is available in front of the hotel and on the side streets but very busy. We were coming back very late in the night and it was almost impossible to find the spot unless you have Fiat 500 or smth similar. Haven't used paid parking that hotel provides. More expensive (7-15 euros per day) paid underground parking is available around the hotel.
There are no door hanging tags to tell cleaner not to clean, so you have to catch the cleaner yourself, or notify the reception if you don't want anyone intruding.

The reception emploees were very friendy and helpful. The location is very near to the city center. You can find restaurants, pubs and cafe around.
Parking is not allowed in many places in the public road outside the hotel. The underground parking of the hotel is not a comfotable one. Parking is not included in price of accomodation. The charge of the parking was reasonable.

We come often to Jerez and we have found our perfect place to stay. Amazing quality-price. Old style hotel but very well maintained. Excellent location, very spacious rooms, comfy beds, staff very helpful and they have a private and covered garage for a very good price. We will come back.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The location was excellent. A 15-min-walk to the train station and minutes from the city centre. The hotel was very clean.
It didn't have a fridge or kettle. It was an older hotel. It was a great stay.

The staff were amazing and attentive. They were super friendly and always happy to help us. The room was a lot bigger and better equipped than we expected (it was very spacious and had a stove and fridge) and everything was very clean. It was like living in an apartment... with furniture that was just a little dated. The location is great and it was super handy to have parking onsite.
The shower was temperamental and the walls are thin so noise could be a problem... but it only really bothered us a couple of times.

Traditional friendly old fashioned hotel offering clean and comfortable accommodation and real value with parking and excellent location. Will definitely use this hotel again if it’s available.
Nothing really as it sets out what’s on offer very well
