Our second year staying in Parquesur while attending Mad Cool festival! Brilliant location - 10 minute taxi to drop off point for the festival. Great value for money and so much choice for food in the shopping centre right beside it. Short taxi to get in to the city centre to see the sights. Staff as always so friendly. We had a balcony room with a view of the pond which had a big screen showing the Euros and had a DJ which was great for a bit of entertainment when not at the festival. Will book again if attending Mad Cool in 2025!

We stayed for one night with my family after a flight, before heading on a long trip. The hotel is located within a shopping center, which I found very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around, making it easy to find everything you need. The staff was amazing! Very polite and helpful, and we were checked in immediately. The room itself was quite spacious, with a large comfortable bed and an extra bed for my son. The comfort was superb! It was very quiet, despite being in a busy area.

The breakfast was quite limited, but overall, we didn’t leave hungry.

Spacious clean rooms. Attentiveness of the staff to make our stay a pleasant one. Awesome location. Plenty of choices for breakfast and entertainment options.

Although smoking is not allowed in the hotel, our initial room had a strong smoke smell which was not helpful since one of us had allergies. However, the hotel staff quickly solved the issue.

Excellent location for what I wanted to do. Will be staying at the hotel again in May - so ideal opportunity to check it out. Close access to metro to head into Madrid - plenty of things to do in the shopping centre adjacent to the hotel. Room size was spacious and lovely bathroom.

My room was dark, with no natural light as it only had a frosted window which opened slightly onto the roof of the building. For a one night stay it was fine, but wouldn't like it for longer.

The location and friendliness of staff. Clean and helpful. Breakfast was OK and very good servixe.

For a four star and price paid it may require more facilities (gym/pool) and update the interior decor of the room. (still had an 80's vibe). Bed was quite hard but a good selction of pillows. Room nseed more lighting and TV could be bigger given distance from bed. Tea and Coffee not in room.

Fantastic hotel, right beside a brilliant shopping centre. Comfortable rooms. Lovely staff. Had originally booked a family room but moved to a twin room as there were only two of us. The family room only had a window that didnt really open with no view as per other reviews so we asked to be moved and we were given a fantastic room with a balcony and view over the water feature. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice.

Air conditioning was a bit loud. Family room was a bit claustrophobic due to only being able to open the window a few cms.

This hotel was very comfortable, clean. Lots of services located in this area because it it situated within a large shopping mall complex Great for food shopping etc Also close to the Madrid Metro Near to the new Madrid Festival Centre is, we walked to the recent Mad Cool festival And Harry Styles concert

This property is quite away from Madrid City Centre, but the Metro is very cheap and easy to navigate and use. For summer visit there is no pool, this would be very nice during summer time

Mainly the price. Good value for money.

Parking was an issue as it was Santa Semana full of people in the mall. The parking is part of the mall's car park and is not separated for hotel guests. As it was Santa Semana parking was a mess.

Cleaning staff was thorough, location to mall, size of room for family. Good viewnof fountains. Access to streaming services.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. The hotel is literally inside the mall and our room had the lake view which was gorgeous. We got to see the live music shows and nip down for food and water anytime we needed. We loved it!
