Great stay! Cozy room, delicious food, kind staff, and the hydromassage room was a real plus.

There was no on-site parking, only a paid option nearby — it would have been helpful to know this in advance or have it as a booking option. Also, a few more activities for children would make the stay even better (for example, a small paddling pool next to the main pool). Our kids ended up turning the jacuzzi into their paddling pool, which was funny but not ideal.

All of the staff at cleopatra hotel were so friendly and helpful. They create a really welcoming atmosphere! Miguel the night porter always had a smile on his face and was very helpful The location is great, close to the beach but not too close too the busy centre, it’s only 5 minute walk away. The sauna, jacuzzi and steam room were a nice bonus

everything was amazing , amazing staff really helpful especially the blonde lady on reception didn’t quite catch her name but she was so polite and so helpful. pool area is amazing and nice and quite we even had the pools to ourselves quite a lot of our stay I will definitely be coming back. Room was super clean very spacious, and loved the jacuzzi bath

Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time here, I always get anxious booking a stay at a hotel we’ve never been to, but the Cleopatra didn’t disappoint. The staff were so friendly and very patient listening to me speak broken Spanish to them all week. Location was perfect and the pool was so good, it was busy without being crowded and sometimes we had the pool to ourselves! If you go, make sure you visit pub and bar ‘Cheers’ across the road! Drinks are fantastic and the owner Johnathon really made our holiday better.

The beds aren’t double beds but two singles, which isn’t a huge issue as it’s boiling there in the summer but made it slightly uncomfortable. The safe in our room also wasnt working, however I never complained about it and if I did I’m sure they would’ve fixed it. Thank you Hotel Cleopatra we’ll be back next year!

The property was very tidy and clean, great location. the staff were exceptional. Great value for money, highly recommend the breakfast buffet and cocktails. cannot really fault this hotel.

The only thing that bothered me, was that smoking was allowed anywhere around the pool side, I know this is a Spanish thing, but when you are a non smoker, it would be nice to have an area where you could eat and relax, without smoking be allowed. This is just a personal preference.

The hotel is ideally located and while a little crowded with sun loungers around the pool it was just perfect for a week long break with the family

Can't find fault with anything other than a small bit more variety at breakfast would be welcome....by day 3 my lot were sick of it

Friendly helpful staff. Luggage lockers for departure day. Directly opposite is a large supermarket. Very central to town.

A small table on the balcony would have been nice.

Good facilities, close to beach, friendly staff, great cocktails.
