Amazing quality for the price considering you have spa & swimming pool access with your stay. Bed are comfortable, firm, but comfortable. Staff was really helpful, specially a young lady with long brown hair and lips pierced. She was very informative & helpful with my mum & myself. The swimming pool was nice, we didn’t use the spa as it was too busy when we went, but nothing to do with the hotel. Location is ideal if you’re driving as you have plenty of parking spaces to park. Theres is a massive shop right on the corner where you can buy nearly anything BUT proper food, but the cafe & restaurant downstairs was more than good enough. We will certainly go back!

The location, if you’re relying on public transport I’m not sure if it’s the best, but again, this is not the hotel’s fault! The lack of food supermarkets around, that’s the only thing.

We thought that the swimming pool and sunbed area nearby were very welcome facilities. It was warm outside and we enjoyed some time relaxing on a sunbed as well as enjoying a swim in the warm water of the pool. The gym had a fair selection of equipment and changing facilities were clean and had secure lockers. We did not use the spa facilities but we may do this if we return to this hotel (I think that we are likely to return). The hotel staff were welcoming - we spoke with reception staff (took time to explain how the leisure facilities are accessed) and bar staff (very helpful with advice about trying one of the beers). The room was very comfortable and bathroom was nice with a good shower (walk in). We had no problems parking and it was free. The hotel is easily accessed from the highways approaching Lugo - it is located just out of the city. I recommend this hotel if you want to stay in a hotel that has friendly, helpful staff and is comfortable with good leisure facilities.

We are vegetarian, I know that it can be difficult at times to find vegetarian food in Spain but, there was nothing on the menu that we could eat in the evening - we went into the centre of the city to eat. I don't know how breakfast is because we had to leave early to go to Santiago for a flight.

We really enjoyed the pool in the lounge area outdoors. We enjoyed walking on the Camino Primitivo In and out of town and taking the number 10 bus from in front of the hotel to the centre of Lugo for the economic price of €.65. The bus runs twice an hour.

The Jacuzzi was disappointing because the water temperature wasn’t much warmer than the pool, more deck chairs would’ve been appreciated in the lounging area.

The top-floor room had views across to the city. There was a little traffic noise but closing the window fully stopped the sound. We needed the aircon as the weather was very warm, and there was also a fridge in the room. We found it extremely comfortable and slept very well. we didn’t use the spa facilities. To explore the city we caught the No 10 bus right into the centre from the bus stop about 3mins walk away, much easier than driving and under 4 euros each return. Wouldn’t hesitate to return if in the area

The only downside was the quality of the bar meal we had, and the small size of the bathroom.

A smart modern hotel located a few minutes out of town . Immaculately clean , well equipped bedrooms and suite . Friendly , helpful staff . Very good clean covered pool and spa . Would definitely stay again.

Compact but comfortable room, good shower, nice towels! The evening meal was excellent, average but adequate breakfast.

Nothing comes to mind although the walls were thin so could be a problem if you adjoined noisy neighbours.

Modern hotel with swimming pool, gym and nice facilities. It is outside the city which it was ok with us. We had a car to drive into the city. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the air conditioning. My grandsons loved the pool and gym. The staff was helpful. They had a breakfast buffet which we didn’t go. Also a cafeteria where we had breakfast. Great value for the price. I would go again.

Helpful and friendly staff. Easy access and parking right in front of the hotel (full though at night). Quite large bathrooms, with a window that can be opened.

The shampoo and body washing rations of tetrahedral shape are nearly impossible to open without tools.

Travelled with teenagers so facilities excellent for them, rooms very clean, staff very pleasant

Quite far out from Lugo, we arrived on a weekend so lots of facilities closed or opened late

Very friendly welcome with helpful staff. Beautiful hotel with a wonderful pool at and excellent price . The food was lovely in the restaurant too.
