Jeff is an outstanding host. The property is located in a rural area outside Lugo. It is a beautiful facility that includes a working farm. It is tastefully decorated with antiques and works of art. The dinner Jeff served (and his wife cooked) was wonderful. We enjoyed it thoroughly. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a very restful sleep & woke to an amazing sunrise. Couldn’t ask for a better stay!

It’s rural location is a bit of a challenge, but more than worth the effort!

A wholly restored Spanish Casona. Very beautiful and well-preserved. The room was big, clean and quiet. The bathroom was clean and well put. The shower was a converted bathtub, and having a frame to hold the shower will be a great addition. I was to rest all night.

The bed's frame made sleeping a bit challenging. I am 6'4" and had to sleep sideways to avoid hitting the frame. But it was not a significant issue.

The food was fantastic and Jeff the host was brilliant. The location exudes a sense of calm and peace, all the animals mix, the dogs wander among the sheep, the cats climb over the dogs, it is amazing. The building is stunning and the attention to detail is beyond words, full of character and charm. This was the best place we stayed on our 12 day trip.

The bed was a little small but maybe i am just a little too big :-)

The Casa was still a traditional small working farm so the food was amazing with fresh eggs, salad and vegetables. The cooking was terrific and mouth watering! Anna prepared the best salad we had ever tasted one lunchtime. The interior of the hotel was full of traditional furniture and other features. There was plenty to see on local walks because the scenery was stunning. We slept so well because of the calm, still atmosphere at night. We often sat in the courtyard in the evenings to enjoy the wine and watch the chickens wander. The three labradors were very charming fox deterrents. We had a very restful few days indeed. Jeff was an excellent host with a good sense of humour.

Nothing......even the weather was perfect.

The hotel is situated in a very small village outside of Lugo. Great surroundings and beautiful interior. Felt really safe, when we went to Lugo we didn't even lock our room. It's important to have a car since Lugo isn't that close and there's a free parking space

Not related to the property or the facilities but beware of mosquitoes! Bed was also a bit small for two

Everything!!!!!! The house, the place, the staff, the dos even the donkey. It's like living together with the nature. Good food also thanks to Jeff.

everything was just amazing inside with some quirky artistry. the hosts were brilliant, even took my husbands evening meal to the car as one our dogs were too stressed to leave it. not many people would do that. Thank you Both. breakfast, well what can I say apart from everything you could want was there, good choices. 10 out of 10 again

Super friendly family and fabulous food. If you love animals and the countryside this is the perfect place.

We loved talking to Jeff and enjoying his delicious meals; wandering the grounds and countryside; and hanging out with the animals.

Really quiet place outside Lugo. Quirky decor, Big rooms with excellent views and no traffic noise.
