We used the accommodation as a stop/break on the Camino Primitivo route. This place allowed you to get into the mood of Roman times and indulge in exploring the city. It was a great rest because of the comfort, cleanliness, quietness, location (the very center!), and even extra hygiene accessories (including a feminine kit). We felt we were in a good place to take a break and recuperate for the rest of the pilgrimage. Even the blackout we experienced during our stay did not disturb the perception of this beautiful place. The staff made sure we felt safe even though they themselves didn't quite know what was going on.

Only open a few month and was very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and efficient. Great location.

Only the roadworks outside but not connected to the hotel. When they end there will be nothing to write in this box. I would definitely stay there again

Absolutely perfect in every way. Modern, comfortable with everything you need. However, the store of the hotel was the receptionist who went out of his way to help me get information about my next day transportation back to Port Marine. Thank you very much.

Absolutely nothing

Clean and modern but greatly integrated into Lugo’s architecture, service was astoundingly excellent, bed was super comfy and the shower one of the biggest I’ve had in a hotel room. Also, let me say this again, c-l-e-a-n, sparkling clean! The best stay in Lugo by far!

Great location although access to hotel is now limited because of construction work on the plaza. The parking suggested by hotel was very convenient and reasonably priced.

They offered a welcome drink but only coffee and water offered.

Everything this property it is all brand new I think the hotel open a year ago everything is brand new very modern I love it the staff was very nice. Very centrally located

Jose at the front desk is AWESOME. So very helpful, friendly, and gracious. Had some problems with our room assignments after a 20-mile day in the rain. We were exhausted. Jose was very patient and helped us though. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. They helped arrange taxi service for 11 of us the next day. Great hotel...cannot recomend enough..

Nice room. Comfortable bed with ectra cushions. Good side television with facility to see foreign channels and possibility to change languages. Beautiful floor specially at retranca with glass windows to see rhe roman vestiges under the floor.

There was nothing we didn't like. The street works in front of the hotel were not bothering. Taking these works into account te hotel had facilitated access and a fair payment of the parking.
