As we were driving to another destination, this hotel, located in teh motorway, was a very good stop. The desk staff were very helpful and kind to give us some directions in what to see and where to park in Lugo (the hotel is sort of 10min drive from the city). The hotel has a restaurant and cafeteria, which is very handy if you don't want to drive to the city. As we didn't make our reservation with breakfast, and didn't want to pay extras 9,5€ per person, we order a simple one at the cafeteria and, despite the grumpy waiter, it was just what we needed. Our room was spacious, but it had a very boring decoration that could be easily improved.

We wanted to order breakfast from the cafeteria, but the waiter wasn't in a good mood. The communication was very bad, and he wasn't keen to make it easier. He made no effort to understand our "Portunhol" and wasn't even able to inform us of the breakfast options. In other words, he didn't want to understand and also wasn't capable of informing us in Spanish, which we understand very well, about the breakfast options or answering our questions.

Great stop off to break up our journey. Convenient for the motorway with free parking. Excellent value. Good buffet breakfast. Excellent value evening meal. Good sized comfortable rooms.

I have no negative comments

My partner had to stay at the hospital for a few days in Lugo. I didn’t want to stay in town. The hotel staff were very helpful my entire stay. They did their very best to take care of me and make me feel comfortable and safe. Alicia, the receptionist, was absolutely wonderful.

The decor is a little out of date.

The location is excellent if you don’t want to stay in the city center. Our rooms was big, clean and very confortable. The staff very welcome, kind and helpful. Good breakfast. The restaurant offers a good variety of meals for very affordable prices.

Lovely hotel, with nice cafe-bar, friendly staff.

Door was difficult to close and made a loud bang. Not great noise insulation between rooms.

The locations is good and the hotel has a great cafeteria and restaurant for buffet breakfast or to just eat at the hotel restaurant great atmosphere and superb service.

I did not like that i had issue with the safe as i was trying to open the safe box it switch combination on me and the programable one by itself change and it look me out .They where willing to change it and correct the problem but it was an inconvenience for me at this time.
