A great hotel! Everything was excellent, all was exceptionally clean and comfortable, the food in the restaurant was first class and very good value for money, all the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful (special thanks to Aida and the hotel's director) and it was in a good location, on the edge of the industrial estate, but easy to get to the shopping centre and into the centre by bus.

Nothing comes to mind! But just a helpful suggestion that perhaps a shower curtain in the bathroom as the water does tend to splash on the floor.

Reception staff are nice and professional and speak good English. We received a map and advice on what to do in the city. Breakfast at a good price and choises. Very clean, modern and quiet. Elevator, very comfortable mattresses. Free private parking. Close to main roads. Great for a night stop

The hotel is located in a quiet industrial area but is about a 15-minute drive from the city center. Parking in the city is free, but it is very busy and it is very difficult to find parking close to the city center.

This hotel was the best I had stayed in Spain. The room with a jacuzzi bathtub was superb. The hotel provided a gym room, which has a treadmill, cycling, weights, and other physical exercise equipment. I used the gym, and it was more than I expected because the exercise equipment was of superior quality. The Jacuzzi bathtub with pleasant hot water gave me energetic relaxation!

Google Map confused me about the location. It needs to fix the accurate pinpoint of the location. The hotel street sign helped me to locate.

There was enough option for breakfast, no scrambled egg or such but enough selection of colds for every need. The rooms are clean and spacious, the area is quiet in the weekends. The bed is comfortable, there are two types of pillows to choose from, softer or harder, so everybody can have it their way. The staff is really friendly, the speak english and they try to help in everything we need. Sure will be booking again if we visit Lugo.

This was a last minute emergency booking at midnight and I couldn't have been happier. The overnight receptionist was so kind and lent me a phone charger. The room was not as fancy as some but comfortable. The shower was hot and the coffee machine and pods a bonus. Breakfast was included in the price. There was a good spread of cold meats cheeses cereals fruits yoghurt bread and tea or coffee. The hotel is also a co working space with gym and vending machines dotted around. Ideal for emergency snacks. It's on the industrial estate but very quiet overnight and handy for the hospital.

Really nothing. If I was being picky, the shower could do with a curtain as it wet the floor. The bed was a bit hard for me, but that's personal preference. That's how picky I'm being.

We knew that the hotel was situated on an industrial estate some way from the city. However we had hoped that sone of the other catering establishments nearby would be open - On a weekend afternoon and evening, they were not. So, we were faced with either a drive or dinner in the attached restaurant which was adequate but reminiscent of a works canteen.

Excellent price/quality ratio for a modern and clean hotel, with safe parking and also a fitness center.

Breakfast and dinner were both a disappointment. The included breakfast is very basic and for the buffet one (as one would have expected as standard from such an hotel) you have to pay an extra, for not getting much in return. The restaurant food is good but quite overpriced.

Great building, close to brand new. Amazing service with staff willing to help to the best of their abilities. A bit far from the city’s historical center (keep this in mind if you are a Camino Pilgrim).

The heating was constantly on and the room was extremely hot. The air con wasn’t working.

Nice room with everything you could need. Easy to find and park.

The restaurant attached to the hotel could do with som trained staff for its dinner service. My meal never arrived as the server forgot to place my order twice. There is a restaurant at the back of the hotel block that has authentic food.

Coffee machine didn't work (it happened in other occasions too), both the one in the room and the one in the working area (kept the coins)
