The room and shared bathroom had plenty of space. Things were clean and secure. Beds, at least in my private room, had more than just sheets! The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my meals as well. Would stay again, especially given the price.

The keys were very fussy. I was in a private room and at first I didn't like that it was around the block from the rest of the hostel, but I met some nice people in the common kitchen of the private room area. I could hear others talking and feel (the whole floor moved up and down) other people walking around, but everything quieted down as soon as it got dark out.

The location was great, close to the train station & start of the trail & grocery store to stock up prior. Loved the easy access to the trail, just be sure to walk to the center to take photos with the large Sarria sign the day before because otherwise you might feel like you are backtracking. The public space was great though there were not many there.

Nothing about the place, but we had a private room and other guests were clearly using the space like a hotel in and out of the kitchen and shared restroom all hours of the night. I think were new to the Camino, and unfortunately, that's going to happen at this starting point.

Near bus stop, next to a beautiful little creek, hidden in a small valley but when you enter, it opens up as a secret garden with candles 🕯️ This Albergue is very specific about lighting, so the vibe is extra extra cozy. Heaters in the dorm and living room, blankets provided, can't think of anything more cozy than this!

Albergue is without a kitchen which is a shame and the shower water temp goes down a little when the other person is also using hot shower water.

Monica was a delight to interact with. She was kind and thoughtful and gave helpful tips on food options and places to get dinner. Lovely wee courtyard and social area.

The room was well appointed and bedding lovely. The beds themselves were not comfortable. I was able to feel the springs when lying in them. I decided to sleep on top of the duvet and under the top bed spread. That worked and I fell asleep.

The albergue is right on the Camino and is a great stop for the traveler. The common area is great to be with others.

One of our fellow roommates decided at 2am to become snoring police and started laying hands on and yelling at the other guests. Not how most planned to start their day in Sarria, I’m sure, but not the fault of the albergue. Most other guests had earplugs!

Loved that they had a kitchen to cook our own food . We had a private room with shared bathroom. And a shared kitchen. They had lots of hooks and place to set your stuff in The bathroom and room. Clothes live right outside window for sink washed clothes . Idk if they had a washer / dryer . They were a little walk to get back to pilgrimage mass but no big deal.

Cute, it had character. We stayed in the private room. Nice area to hang out.

The private room had no A/C which was okay because the weather was nice. During the hot summer months it would have been tough.

The service was incredible, the host was friendly, and the location was close to the Camino, the starting point for the next day. The social area was comfortable and cozy.

As we entered Sarria, the walk was long, including walking uphill. However, the host explained to us that there was a shorter way. Maybe some directions will help.

Great location, cool folks to meet up with, great start to our Camino!

It was very cold (but I think it was also unseasonably cold at the time, so maybe they just weren’t ready for it). Also, only one toilet for all the women staying there to share meant lots of waiting.

Breakfast was not included so cannit comment. The albergue was in good location and easy to walkaround nearby places. Staff was helpful and friendly.
