Okay so the place is actually super good. Inside it's quite, it's extremely clean, you'll find always ppl cleaning every morning. The room was super comfortable, it had AC and during the nights in summer you could sleep super comfortable I was so surprised cause according to this reviews I was expecting a dirty place. Not even close, one of the most clean I've seen. With private bathroom and clean shower (for me the cleanliness of bathrooms is the most important thing) Also, the place was surprisingly cheap for Málaga standards

The MAIN problem is the process of check in. It's super confusing, I've never seen it before. You have to give your credit card and they will charge you if you break something, dk according to what. They didn't charge me anything but I was feeling the pressure all the time cause they had my credit card so I was not touching anything, even the towels (I saw in other reviews they were charging the towels if you used them). They should just not give towels instead of that The place would have better reviews without this system, I see many ppl struggling with it, but in my case we had no problem and could do it in few minutes. Apart from that, a little bit far from city centre, you will definitely need bus or uber.

the automatic check-in/ door opening/ check-out using the buttons in the email was very easy and modern. i liked it! the location was good, there is a nearby bus stop. the wifi was very fast and the air conditioning is good. It was okay for our one night stay.

the room is very small so you don't have too much space for luggage. the shower is good but there was no hair dryer. there was a musty smell in the room but it was not very strong so we could ignore it. the room isn't very isolated, we could hear the noise of opening/closing rooms doors and people getting in and out (especially that our room was near the entrance). Overall the room was okay for one or a few nights but probably not for a long stay.

Everything was great and well-organized. The check-in and check-out process was fully digital, smooth, and without any delays. The location was also very easy to access. I’m surprised by the negative reviews about the room size it’s clearly stated in the description that it’s 10 square meters. It was exactly as expected, and I had a very comfortable and professional experience.

The hostal was only a 20 min walk from the main part of Malaga, but there were still other shops & restaurants you could go to nearby. The room was of a reasonable size, and with a rail and a couple of hangers for your clothes. There was air con in the room too, which is a bonus. Soap & shower gel were supplied in the bathroom. The hostal has no keys, and you use a link from an email sent to you to open the main gate & front door, then a second link to open your own door. You use this system every time, and on the day you leave you receive an email with a link that you use as your Check-out after you leave the premises. Once you click this you can not go back inside.

we arrived late and needed a place to sleep as the car rental places were closed when we arrived. Got a taxi, automatically checked in and went to the room. Basic but good value for money.

Personally the pillow was too hard. To check in you need to use their website which is awkward and not very inviting to put your credit card details

It was clean and nice. Like mentioned in other reviews, the walls are thin and you can hear the noise from the corridor, but wasn't a big deal for me as I use earplugs at night anyway. Check-in in fully online and the chat support is there to answer all your questions

Would have been nice to have a hair dryer

The check in experience was very handy . It is a bit of an effort completing the travel registration form but once it’s down it’s a simple tab button to check in . The room was comfy and perfect if you need a bed for a few hours . AC unit was so powerful and very good in the heat

Some hairs in the bed and a bit of mould on the ceiling but wasn’t the worst

I really appreciated the location, and cleaning staff. I got lost and went around to the other side of the building, then ended up inside the residence too early. The staff woman helped me realize that I should wait a little bit. Knowing that she was consistent about this was awesome and made me feel safe!

I didn't so much like the size of the room. However, though it was small, it was all I needed for a one-night stay at the location. I enjoyed the comfort level of the bed, the cleanliness of the bedding, and the overall comfy feel of the building.

Very easy to access, didn't need a key, the doors would open from clicking a button in your email, clean, comfortable and close to city centre. Left something in the room, they contacted me immediately with a picture of the object to see if I want it back or not. Great stay!
