It was pretty much what I expected. Got in late after 12:00. The key was in the key box I had to go back and read the instructions again in order to make that work but it did work. The desk is not always manned by English speakers but I'm in Spain and don't speak Spanish so that's on me. The area is mostly industrial and populated by Chinese entrepreneurs. Once again nothing wrong with that it's all just a little bit different. But overall not a bad experience. For the price it is what I needed. The Metro was a reasonable walk away.

VALUE FOR MONEY: Yes! A value for money hostel during the Fallas celebration in Valencia when it's really impossible to find lower prices in most properties in the city. FACILITIES: - I was all alone in a room with two single beds - very spacious and with a private toilet and bath! - TV and wardrobe were also included in the room.

LOCATION: - The property is in the middle of a 'polígono industrial', an industrial so don't expect to see the city view of Valencia. - It is 10-minute walking distance from the metro station (Metro La Cova) but if you get lost, that would really take you longer, like what happened to me - finding the property at midnight.

The personnel was very kind and helpful. Although it wasn't easy moment, they tried to help as much as they could.

On the one hand the location is perfect because very close to the airport, so the hotel is perfect if you have a long stepover but on the other hand the surroundings are not very nice as there is not many things to do, no supermarkets, no restaurants and it's quite difficult to get there: if you don't take the taxi, yo have to walk quite a lot with your suitcases.

I needed a hotel close to the airport, due to my late arrival to Valencia and I was afraid that I will not make it on time to the last train to the city center. On the day that I was about to travel to Valencia, there was a big delay of my flight. I contacted with the hotel informing them, as the reception was until 24:00. The staff was really friendly and arrange the check in via the Booking.com chat and what'app in which they send me all the information, where to find the key to enter and any additional information. Once I landed was just before midnight, but I got around 20 minutes walk to the hotel, which it was ideal as I didn't needed a taxi. When I arrived, i follow all the steps that were sent to me via the messages and was able to enter the hotel. The room was big with a simple design. It was clean and nice. The bathroom also was clean and prepared. The bed was really comfortable and enjoyed the sleep. At the hotel reception there was a vending machine with snacks, but also during the day there is a small bistro in which you can go for a breakfast.

The hotel was the closest available to the Airport. Very good for morning flights. I was able to walk, but this is not for everyone. Rooms (booked two) where very clean and one had a natural flower. "La Cova" Metro station is close to the hotel and is located in area 2 (cheaper then Airport).

Receptionist tried first to put us in a double instead of two singles ordered, claiming there are no other available. Eventually we got the two rooms ordered. Hotel is located in a commercial warehouse area, not necessarily representative for Valencia.

The hotel itself deserves more a 1 star rating. Rooms are nicely decorated, air conditioning,spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Was a little bit concerned about finding it as was on foot so took the Metro to La Cova. I had been told it was a 6 minute walk but it was more like 15! The hotel is tucked away on an industrial estate made up of Chinese warehouses. These are wonderful to explore and you can get some real bargains but there are no shops as such only warehouses.

Great location if you have an early flight out of Valencia. The area may be deceiving but it was quite a pleasant experience (plus there is a wonderful noodle bar right next to it)

Room was clean and spacious facilities were ok.

Location was not great in an industrial area accepting it is close to airport. No shops supermarket, restaurant (open) nearby. No public transport.

Location near to the airport, with 24 hr petrol stations very close. As I had an early flight the following morning this was important. Excellent staff, excellent spacious comfortable room, excellent value for money

No official car parking space

Perfcect room for this price. very friendly staff. Possible order food to room. Good location for moving in/out airport Valencia. Have some restaurants around hotel.

nearby are Chinese wholesale stores and a manufacturing area. It is very inconvenient to get from the subway.
