The room was very big and spacious, much more than we expected and there was enough room to put your things and suitcases. The personal was friendly and polite and answered all questions we had and helped with organising a taxi and transportation. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel with great food and good prices.

The only way to get into Valencia from the hotel is one's own car which makes parking difficult in the city, a taxi, which might turn out expensive in the long run, or the bus, which was very overfilled when we used it. The room was really hard to air out and got very warm over time. There is air conditioning though.

I loved the staff’s performance and friendliness. The receptionists that helped me were really kind, polite and professional. Everything in the room worked perfectly and I had lots of space to work on.

Mostly I didn’t liked that the rooms condition could be a little better. I highly recommend that maintenance should be done in the room the ceiling should be fixed it looked a little deteriorated and the walls should be repainted.

This break was given as a gift to us and a well chosen gift at that. Probably the most under valued and thankless job in the Hotel industry is those who keep the rooms, toilet and building pristine and yet it leaves you with first and last impressions. This Hotel has a first class room cleaning service. Excellent. The reception staff were most helpful and friendly, again excellent. Catering staff also were most helpful. First class. The food was also very good. The people hear are good and friendly and warm. The lass on the reception in the afternoon has an edge to her. We didn't get her name. This lass is in tune with customers, friendly and is a good face for the Hotel.

We both couldn't find fault with anything and this was our first time in Valencia and first time in Spain. It's about 35 minutes outside of old Valencia by bus. But yet again we enjoyed the trip to and fro among the people. Sory but we can’t find fault.

The hotel is located in an area with a lot of stores, restaurantans, etc but quite far from the centre. You need 40 minutes to commute. Mercadona supermarket is behind the hotel. The staff is friendly and nice. Breakfast is buffet and it is 8 eur if you pay one day in advance. Children above 8 years old pay also 8 eur for breakfast. The king size bed is confortable. The coffee at the bar is very good. The parking is free of charge near the hotel but if you arrive after 6 pm it takes you some time to find a free parking spot.

If you travel with kids, the sofa in the room is extensible but it is not confortable to sleep on it. It is noisy when children move on it while sleeping. The breakfast is so and so. Too many sweets and there is no hot choices like scrambled eggs.

We arrived late in the evening after a long, cross-country drive. We were greeted by the super-friendly staff, served an excellent dinner with an equally excellent wine recommendation. We had booked a suite which turned out to be great value. The jacuzzi bath was a real treat. We loved our short stay here and will return.

Umh the room was a little hot even with air conditioning. The the door nob on the ground was right in front of the toilet, in a spot where you set your foot. It was like lego’s at night, IYKYK! (See pictures i took for example, and no i wasn’t nakey {shorts} ) Also they had no mini shampoo’s or hand soap in the bathroom. Not a real big deal but hand soap would have been nice.

The staff was extremely friendly. The bar restaurant was simple yet very nice. The room was neat. The location was extremely convenient with La Marcadona supermarket next door. Excellent stay!

The Hotel Plaza Alaquàs is a beautiful and clean hotel with a very nice and welcoming personnel, the room was clean and warm. We also have tasted the food, it was good and the dessert (tarta de queso) was to die for !

Everything was fine, we just had little ants in the bathroom but besides that it was fine.

Perfect place outside Valencia for quick access to motorway. Very nice staff Amazing shower with lots of options that you’d expect of an expensive hotel. Excellent fresh food

Outside space is limited on the road but not really a problem for a one night stay.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very convenient for the bus into Valencia, which if you get a top up SUMA card is exceptional value.
