Easy to find, really close to the motorway and free on site parking Close to where we were visiting over the weekend (circuito Ricardo Tormo) and reasonable price (as it was a last minute booking). Room was good size for a small family (im a single mum with 3 young kids) and my group booking had been given 2 rooms close by, which was appreciated so close to friends we were visiting with, and staff were very accommodating to our whole party (8 guests in total) Next to an ice rink open all year round - we didn't get a chance to go this time, but will try to get our skates on next time. No baby changer unit in bathrooms down stairs (bar area) and impossible to change a nappy when the timer made the lights switch off every 30 seconds. Bar didn't sell drinks in cans - only glass bottles, which were rather expensive. No vending machines for quick snacks and/or drinks in the hotel. No fridge in room either (although it is a budget hotel, would be handy with small kids). Another chair in the room would be useful in a family room, and some hooks/pegs on wall to hang up items like coats, towels, handbags etc (only 2 hooks in bathroom and 4 hangers in the wardrobe, which was difficult to get to when the sofa bed is in use).

The IBIS is located near the highway and the airport. It is adjacent to a large shopping centre with lots of food outlets. We walk there of dinner the first night and ate at the hotel the second. The range at the Shopping centre make that the better option. That said breakfast at the hotel was great and good value for money for what we wanted. It was great base to visit the city and the MotoGP race track. Would stay here again if opportunity arose. Place also had a great free carpark.

Dinner was OK but there are better options nearby. Otherwise it was great.

Everything was perfect. Near to shopping centre for food but the hotel bar and restaurant was perfect to eat in. The room, although basic, had everything we needed. The hotel is near to the airport but with windows closed there was no noise at all. In fact one morning there was an almighty storm where flights were diverted and cancelled and we slept through it all!!!!

Not a good water pressure in the shower but as we were only staying a couple of days it wasn't a problem. If I had been staying longer I think it would have bothered me more.

Location is good when you are with car. Parking is private. Room was cleaned every day from personal. Have option for freakfast to pay in the morning if decide. The mall Bonaire is priceless nn 3 minutes walking behind the hotel and there have plenty of options for lunch or dinner.

Because hotel is in industrial area, very often, depends on wind, came some terrible disgusting smell in whole area(hotel and mall). The breakfast do not have any vegetables and it can be a little richer.

I‘ve stayed there several times in the recent years. The location is good close to the shopping center and easy to reach by public transportation or car. The racetrack is also rather easy to reach by car, so is the city center. The breakfast is better than in the holiday inn next door and the bar is cosy. Overall a really nice place to stay

Get your room access cards fixed! We had to change ours every day as they did not work any longer.., and I always keep the room key in my wallet, so not close to anything that should interfere with the card….

perfect location ,free parking for the car ,clean room with very comfy beds. Staff very friendly .very nice coffee in the morning and good wine in the bar in the evening.

we can't open windows because still some strange smell coming after last year flooding I think.... but its noting that hotel can do at this point

Location and parking very good. Close to a good shopping centre and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and it was very quiet when we stayed. We would definitely stay again when flying from Alicante Airport.

There was limited/ no Gluten Free food available. The staff tried to help and accommodate but there was nothing really available in terms of bar/ restaurant meal in the evening.

Sasha and Vicky were extremely helpful and have a friendly approach. They’ve assisted us with checkout and keeping our luggage. Thank you! The hotel room we got is clean, have an okay space and the bathroom is not congested too. They provided clean towels, shampoo, and shower gel. The place is quite too. Overall, the hotel itself is clean and has a friendly vibe. Its good but could be better

The only drawback is the air conditioning. When I went down to the reception that night, the staff told me that the switch in the room is for general heating system and I got extremely disappointed when he told me to just open the window for cool air to come in. I was sweating for the nights we stayed and that was not a good experience.

Upon arrival we were greated by a very friendly member of staff who spoke very good English. The booking in process was very simple. We have a room at the back of the hotel, ideally located to the bar/restaurant with no stairs to encounter. We had a room with an additional bed/sofa bed which was great to sit and relax on, instead of the bed! The shower was the best so far. The food was very tasty and a good selection. They even had live music the night we stayed. Breakfast was very good, with hot food as well as cold. I will stay here again on our next visit to Spain.

There was a step in the bathroom which we had to remember in the night. This was the only bad point I would say we found.

Super nice staff and great location for us, since we were passing by on our way to the south. The room was nice.

The a/c was working good in a very hot day but there was some leaking and it was late when it started, but they came first thing in the morning to fix it.
