The property was excellent and the quality of customer care was exceptional. Despite the circumstances in the area due to the weather catastrophe everyone was very caring and helpful. In particular, Citra at the front desk was able to help me in everything i needed as I didn’t have sleep for almost 48 hours due to being stuck at the Valencia airport . This hotel is in excellent location close to the airport.

I'm happy with my stay in this hotel. Even I was worried when read the reviews before make reservations. But after I was stayed, overall this hotel is not bad. Tbh it's hotel with perfect area and good hospitality! The reception and all staff is so kind. I try menu breakfast Americano and it's tasty. The price of room also more affordable compared others hotels in this area. The reception in morning are so amazing!

To be onest I was a bit afraid after reading the reviews, but the rooms are huge, the beds massive and the matresses awesome, such a great sleep! Staff was brilliant! It was a last minute booking, after a cancelled flight, we didn't have any milk for our little one and they offered us from the kitchen. Big thank you for everything!

The only disadvantage we found, for us it was the noise through the walls. If the TV is on louder on the next room you can hear it really badly

The staff was super nice and very helpful, even despite the language difference and me panicking when I thought I'll be late for my plane. The room seemed like a fancy palace with gigansmosours TV and very comfy beds. There was a slight ominous vibe which added to the experience. Very much exceeded our expectations, especially for an affordable airport side hotel.

Weird stains on the carpet but it wasn't too bad

I left too early for breakfast. The airport is within very easy walking distance on a marked footpath from the terninal building. Adjacent budget supermarket Lidl was good, the Metro stop of Roses was also convenient for a ride in to the city

I really don't understand what the problem is with this property. In my opinion it is excellent. A short walk across a bridge to Valencia Airport, great price, exceptionally clean, huge rooms and beds which are spotlessly clean and comfortable - granted the decor is a little quirky - but it added to the charm for me. I had an excellent night's sleep in a very comfotable bed. Will definitely stay again!

I would recommend including one sizeable plain & simple bar of soap. I dislike too many fancy plastic tubes etc and the small bar of soap kept slipping from my hand. No need to cover it either. Keep it SIMPLE and environmental friendly please. Many hotels try this path now and hp their clients to do likewise by posting a notice to this effect. Put in a smaller towel rather than two big ones especially for single occupancy. It will cut down on your costs too.

Location just a ten minute walk to the airport. Super easy.

Noise through the walls. Expect that you will hear everything your neighbors do/say and they will hear you. Also, the refrigerator doesn’t turn on without your key card in the room, so it’s useless if you want to leave anything in the fridge & go anywhere.

easy to get along with some staff

shuttle service is not working, even at the eve of my departure I was told to be up 3.45 am for a 4am departure buy the shuttle, by I was surprised to find out later in the morning that I have to find my taxicab myself when I got there, staff cannot speak English

Was traveling on my own. Big room with 3 beds and big screen TV. Room clean enough and really good for the money spent. All toiletries there, like shampoo, shower gel, soap, disposable teeth brush and small teeth paste. Air conditioning . 5 min walk from airport. Over all, I'm happy.

There is small things,but it's a 2 star hotel and good value for the money.
