The apartment was really big and very clean with excellent facilities and great air conditioning. The location is great and is very central with great restaurants and bars nearby and about a 10 minute walk to Playa Burriana or there are smaller beaches nearby. The rooftop pool is great and very clean and it was lovely to relax there. We arrived at 11 pm and Ana was there to greet us and gave us some recommendations of where to eat, etc. , she was a great host. Would definitely book these apartments again and would highly recommend them.

Nothing to dislike

Ana, the manager, was charming and very helpful. The location suited us very well as it was in the centre of town and near everything, including the sea. Very comfortable double bed. Good washing machine. We enjoyed the terrace and swimming pool on the 3rd floor. The sheets were changed once a week and towels twice a week. There is a lift. We were assigned a parking space in an underground car park at an extra cost.

The apartment looked a bit tired and outdated and could do with upgrading. Both shower trays were cracked, and 1 shower cabinet needed replacing. The sofa was a sofa bed and not comfortable to sit on. We were there for 4 weeks and no cleaning was included in the rent, and no cleaning products were supplied. A broom, dustpan but no brush, and an ineffective mop and bucket were the only cleaning devices.

The apartment was as described in the photos and was spotlessly clean, as was the pool area. The location was superb for the shops/restaurants/beaches etc. The hosts provided very good service, in advance and during our stay, organising taxis to and from the airport etc.

Whilst the location was superb, one of the bedrooms overlooked a busy thoroughfare which was very noisy during the night/early morning ( with deliveries ). I was aware this may be the case from reading reviews before I booked, however for light sleepers, I would recommend taking ear plugs. I was surprised there was no information guide on Nerja/surrounding area provided in the apartment, which has been standard across other apartments and villas I have visited. Likewise, there have been basic condiments/water/cleaning products in other establishments and I have noted prior reviews saying same.

Very central location and mostly quiet. Liked availability of the pool. Excellent communication with management Kitchen well equipped, grill, microwave but no oven but this not a problem as we ate out most nights. Problem with hot showers sorted out immediately. Taxi organised for us to airport. Early arrival to apartment was possible and we were able to pay for a late departure.Clean, comfortable beds and extra pillows and blankets were also provided. Many thanks to Fernando and Ana for their helpfulness.

The pool area could have benefitted from better cleaning of algae, dead flies etc but it was the end of the season. Sunbeds were faded and could be replaced. The flat had no facilities for drying clothes, towels, made worse by the unusual, very heavy rain we experienced at the start of our holiday. Wet clothes were not allowed to be dried on the balcony. Generally, the flat was comfortable but more soft furnishings and pictures would have further enhanced its appeal. This is only nit- picking and did nor mar our enjoyable stay.

The staff were very friendly and most helpful. I left something behind in the apartment and within 10 minutes Ana, the host, called me to let me know she had it. Most convenient for an apartment, there was an area to leave my luggage, after checking out. The location could not have been better! Right at the Plaza de España, 2 mins from the Balcon de Europa. The apartment was spotless and functional. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The property was great, it had a very central location to many things. My partner and I don't mind walking long distance for things, but the apartment was so close to everything. It was very clean on entering, we had requested and earlier check-in and the host Ana was more than accommodating having met us there, she changed the battery in the safe there and then when we entered the apartment and was always a phone call away. We had tried to request a later check-out as our transfer was picking us up at 17:20 and check-out was at 10:00, this wasn't possible as someone else was checking in at 12:00 (which is understandable) however we were able to leave our luggage in a safe place and had a front door access key to get back into the main building to collect them closer to the transfer window. My partner and I try to visit Nerja every year, normally we stay in the Mena Plaza Hotel (which is also a brilliant hotel) and is directly across from the apartment but staying in this apartment was a first it has completely changed our outlook on visiting and we may even return to the same apartment in the future. It's a spacious apartment, the furniture was very comfortable, the shower had very good water pressure and was very easy to use. We were able to bring a firestick and plug it into the TV and watch Disney+ and Netflix, there was plenty of outlets that we could plug devices into. There was cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, chopping board, hairdryer, AC in living area and bedroom, dining table with 4 chairs and a information document regarding the apartment and contact info for Ana. It didn't apply to us but the building and apartment was wheelchair friendly, the building also had a spacious lift .

There was no traditional oven in the apartment not a major issue unless you were a big family that enjoy cooking dinner or potentially staying for a long period when you may want to cook your own meals, the grill was part of the microwave which we used to nuke a pizza a couple of nights, the pizza turned out pretty well. The balcony didn't have any table or chairs as it wasn't that big to accommodate this, but it was big enough for 2 people to stand out. In some cases we could hear the people in the apartment next to us and above us, walls are a little thin. We had only one bin bag for the week, not a major issue as we just used plastic bags from any shopping that had done.

Great location, host was very nice and accommodating. We asked if they can give us a different kettle as the one that was there keeps shedding bits of whit stuff everytime and they dropped off a brand new kne the next morning. Ver good service.

The only thing I would say that needs improvement are the showers. Both showers doesnt have good temperature regulation so it literally goes between cold, warm and very hot all within 10 seconds alternate. But didnt put us off and we will definitely stay here again

The location was very central, a 2/3 minute walk from the Balcon de Europa. It was next to the underground carpark space we put our car in, which the host arranged (fee applied). The whole flat was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for clothes. The blinds are good for keeping the sun out and made it dark at night for sleeping. I would book this apartment again.

The sat nav had difficulty finding the apartment so the host dropped a pin which made it easier. Maybe the host can send the pin at the time you tell them you are 30 minutes away. It was a little noisy with people passing by until around midnight, but it quietened down after that. The bottle bank is in the street so when you are in the front bedroom and people put bottles in it the noise is quite loud. The only thing missing was a plug for each bathroom sink, the men found this difficult for wet shaves.

Excellent location, near all the restaurants, shops and bars yet it is still nice and quiet. Apartments are spotless clean and everything you need is there. There is a large supermarket only a few minutes walk away.

No faults really. The sunbeds could do with updating maybe and it did not look like there were enough for everybody as one of the days we were there a party of 6 came up but there was not enough beds for them so they just went to the beach instead.

Perfect apartment in an excellent location, close to the Balcon and lots of restaurants and shops, a bonus was the swimming pool on the roof which unfortunately we didn't get to use due to the weather. Hosts really helpful with ordering taxis and fixing an issue with the safe, facilities were brilliant, couldn't have asked for more.

There was nothing about this apartment we didn't like. If I had to pick one thing it was the check out time of 10am which was very early due to our flight home being in the evening. We were however able to store our luggage and were given a key for the front door.
