The fantastic customer service especially from Carlos - the best I've had in 45+ days in Spain! The breakfast was wonderful, they even had scrambled eggs and a little bit of everything, including my favorite, whole wheat croissants! You can even have a piece of the Galician favorite, Santiago cake. Also, the property was completely and tastefully renovated in 2012 according to the brochure. Easy 10 minute walk to the charming and historic old town along a scenic path overlooking the estuary.

The shower was fine for me but there is a deliberate gap between the shower door and the surrounding shower wall. I have seen similar ones in Spain. Not a dealbreaker, but you have to use care where you aim the handheld shower head. Using the overhead rain-type shower would be fine.

Very happy with Noia Hotel, great services, delicious breakfast, very comfortable beds and nice rooms and above all a great family , all welcoming you with a smile and making you feel like home. Highly recommend the hotel!

The view was lovely. The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was set up well. The staff were very attentive. And the breakfast was fabulous.

This hotel turned out to be better than we expected. It felt brand new and was very comfortable. I was able to park directly in front of the hotel, although there was plenty of free parking across the street. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Super friendly family ran hotel in Noia. Rooms were modern and spotlessly clean, not huge, but everything we needed was there. When on vacation, we try to avoid hotel breakfasts in favour of local cafes, and got a great recommendation from reception, as well as for a great local restaurant in town. Beware of the hotel family's dog which is lounging near reception - she resulted in hour-long discussions with our kids that we also need to get a dog...("soooo cute...")

When the tide is low and you arrive from outside of town following your sat-nav, you might wonder whether you typed in the right address - but the moment you see the hotel and walk into it then all those worries are gone

would have liked slightly larger room but is constrained by the design of building and a need to maximise no of rooms available. Hot water took a long while to arrive and I felt it was wasting water while waiting.

This family run hotel was excellent... clean, organized, friendly, helpful, good location. Would definitely revisit. The family are to be thanked for making our stay such a happy one.
