A massive thank you to everyone at Servigroup La Zenia, we are currently at the airport waiting to go home after the most lovely week at the hotel. I honestly could not fault anything, it was immaculately clean everywhere, so much attention to detail has gone into this hotel. The staff are really lovely, the food was great every day and the restaurant was spotless all the time. The staff are literally cleaning constantly! Our room was spacious and extremely clean, the air con cooled the room down straight away and we slept with this on low. Our room was cleaned every day and we had fresh bedding half way through our week. The swimming pool and facilities outside were clean and my 8 year old loved the pool, the outside bar is really handy for soft drinks and ice creams. I honestly could not fault anything about this hotel. We didn’t pay for a sea view, however we were on floor 6 and this looked half way onto the beach which was such a lovely view. I’ve never stayed somewhere where even all the guests are so lovely and everyone made each other welcome. We hired a car at the airport, and we could always get parked outside the hotel or just a little bit up the road which worked great for us. 5 ✨ from us! Thank you again.

We keep coming back to this hotel - and for good reason. The rooms are always spotless, and the beach in 2 minutes walking distance is one of our absolute favorites in the area. The food is consistently excellent across breakfast, lunch, and dinner You’d be hard-pressed to find better quality at this price point. If you enjoy paella, lunchtime offers a delightful surprise with two distinct styles to choose from. Dinner caters to every palate, including a great selection of fresh vegetables, which is a welcome touch for vegetarians and likely even vegans. This time, our first-floor room was a bit too close to the evening entertainment (perfect for those who enjoy music and dancing, but we were hoping for a quieter stay). Fortunately, the wonderfully accommodating staff made our day by moving us to a peaceful room on the 8th floor that same day. The rest of our vacation was just perfect - huge thanks to the team!

Had a wonderful holiday staying at La Zenia hotel. This was our 2nd stay here, we stayed at the same time last year, it will definitely not be our last visit. The hotel is kept very clean, all the staff we met during our stay were very nice & helpful. The room with sea view will never disappoint and the few steps from the hotel pool area to the beach is a lovely bonus. Also, we asked on our first night regarding Vegan meal choices and as a result each evening we were given a little handwritten note with the appropriate choices available during the evening meal service. Thanks to all the staff at the hotel for an excellent holiday and we will be back.

The hotel was well maintained, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The nightly entertainment was better than what most 4* Spanish hotels put on.

The food. Poorly presented and very slow to replenish the buffet, but the quality of the food was poor and other than one night it was badly cooked. The show cooking was the worst. Fish was cooked and left under a heat lamp so it dried up. The vegetables were over cooked and the pasta was unrecognisable as pasta, it looked like slops. One night the only thing I could eat was a cold pasta salad starter and my husband had a cheese sandwich. Need to retrain the chefs.

The location is super and with beaches along the coast it is east to discover a different beach on foot daily. Lovely coast path walks. The hotel was immaculate throughout, I don’t think we have ever stayed in such a clean hotel. Staff were lovely and helpful. The food was good value and we found if you ate early there was more choice. Again super service in the restaurant and bar.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make hot drinks first thing or late at night.

This a nice hotel in a great location. If you want to be close to the beach, this is the one! They have secure parking which is very convenient and I suspect this is a great feature in the summer when it's busy. The pool area is very nice and overlooks the beach. There is also a convenient access down to the beach.

We didn't have dinner here so can't comment on that but the breakfast wasn't anything special. Sadly the coffee was particularly grim but hey ho, it's a minor point. On the roof top next door is a lovely restaurant.

Great buffet for breakfast and dinner - good quality and excellent choice! Fantastic sea views - pay the extra, it's worth it.

Room configurations are very odd - you either get two double beds or two single beds; not really catering for couples! The inability to secure a double bed at booking is a problem too. Part of the booking process allows you to request a double bed, but then you get a message telling you rooms are only allocated at check-in. The chances of a ruined holiday are therefore higher than ideal.

Location, fresh and tasty food, restaurant staff who work hard to provide good quality services. I appreciated quickly reaction and professional attitude of Sra.Noelia .

When we arrived at the hotel at 3 pm, we were told that "our room ,"was not ready yet , so let's get back in an hour. When we returned, we found a lady at the reception talking on the phone. He turned his back on us and continued the conversation for a few minutes. After she was finished, she looked for good minutes on the computer, trying to find a room with double bed, as we requested. "The best " . We had booked a room with the sea view and she gave us a room with the city view . During the stay we had to change the room 3 times. Shameless. Since a deposit is charged, it is normal the room' s card to be prepared in advance, as is the case with many hotels in Spain .

The hotel is in an excellent location right on La Zenia beach. The staff were really helpful and accommodating, just one miserable chap on reception when we first arrived gave a bad impression, but everyone else was great! The rooms looked a bit dated but we’re lovely and comfortable and the shower was lovely.

My family spent a beautiful few days ai the La Zeinia resort. The location is wonderful, on the beachfront facing the sea, the rooms are specious enough, clean and neat. The resort offers a great opportunity to choose either half or full-board catering, which is very convenient for the families. There is a variety of delicious food to choose for breakfast and dinners. The staff is very kind , courtesious and supportive to accommodate the guests and respond to their needs. We will definitely come back again😊
