FAY Victoria Beach 04 Mar- 11 Mar Our second time to stay, we love it! We again had a lovely room with balcony and sea view, gorgeous. All staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. On first day tv in our room wasn't working - special thanks to Natalia who was so helpful and first tried to have it fixed and then arranged an upgrade to a larger ro om (also with balcony/sea view) with working tv. Rooms are very clean, bed very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with lots variety. We will definitely stay again, thank you.

Terrific hotel with all new fixtures in the room. The view is the best 👌. Breakfast is cold and could make the hotel exceptional if they can upgrade their breakfast.

Customer service could be better. They seem unapproachable, and it feels like they are doing an obligation to do their job. This is seen both in the front desk with the exception of David who was awesome and Natalia who was great, but the others, including the servers in the restaurant area, seemed to not like their job in serving hotel guests. Sorry about the blunt feedback, but I really think Fay Victoria can go from good to great if you improve the customer service and breakfast.

Nice location, very close to the beach. Good breakfast, nice and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and kept well. Also good location in the town, everything within the walkable distance in Rincon de la Victoria. If you wanna stay away of city vibes it is an excellent place to stay and relax.

We faced some problems with wifi connection which used to fail couple of times. If you have a car, you might face problems with finding a parking lot near by the hotel.

I lived in a larger apartment with a sea view. The sound of the sea could be heard all the time, and there were wonderful views from the window. What is amazing is that there are no noisy restaurants and bars nearby, so you can enjoy nature and relax. This is the main reason why I would like to come back to this hotel when I am tired from work. It is also important to note the excellent connections with Malaga. With public transport, you can easily reach the center in 25 minutes. I think this is an ideal hotel if you want to visit Malaga and are looking for a quiet rest.

Room was on the road side with a busy street and had to keep the door open as air-conditioning doesn't get turned on until peak summer Months (visited in April). No pool (new this when booking). No gym - website shows a gym in the pictures

The location, the view from the sea view rooms, the service of the staff in the hotel and the Zorro Beach Club, especially Samuel and Salva there, they were amazing! From check-in to check-out we had a wonderful stay.

The staff are very nice and friendly, the rooms are very clean and i enjoyed the view from the sea the hotel was very quiet andi peaceful, and I really enjoyed all there meals, i will like to visit again when I am in malaga.

Although we didnt get the exact room we requested it was close by and overlooked the beach which is only yards away.Great view right up and down the promenade and you could watch the sun rise and set. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with lovely bathrooms and a useful fridge.

The location is perfect, Rincon was a suggestion from a local of Malaga and it is an authentic Spainish experience! The staff were great too, with particular mention to Martin. But they were all very lovely and helpful.

They took the sunbed cushions in a little early and I don't know why ! ?!?!?!

Room was good, great shower.

Breakfast was poor, hot food was cold. All quite basic. A kettle in the room would have been good. Beach bar opposite shut until next year on Monday 9th.
