Was very pleasantly surprised by this property. Was not expecting much for the price I paid but it exceeded my expectations. The receptionist on arrival saw I was a solo traveller and upgraded me to a room with a balcony for just a 30 min wait, which made a huge difference to my stay. The pool area was a good size for this type of hotel. Nice and quiet and could always get a sunbed. The pool/snack bar is outstanding value for money. Good breakfast with good variety. Decor a little dated but overall clean and pleasant. Very helpful staff. I had left an item in my room and the reception sent me a text after my departure to see if I wanted to retrieve it. Lovely location 5 mins from the beach. Really couldn’t fault it for the price. You obviously get what you pay for but this was a very enjoyable experience from start to finish.

My only small gripe is being from the UK I love a cup of tea first thing and there are no facilities in the room. I saw this from another review and took a travel kettle! I think this is quite usual in the not so touristy areas of Europe so definitely not a moan. There is tea available at breakfast and at bar.

The location and the facilities. Superb views from the pool terrace and our balcony on 5th floor. Breakfast was included and catered for every taste.

There was nothing we didn't like but ,as it was winter, it would have been nice if the bar in the hotel was open . The guests of all nationalities greeted each other and a bar would have been a good place to gather but it doesn't open in the winter because of the limited number of guests. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are large and comfortable, air conditioner worked really well. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly.

The breakfast was a basic buffet. The only hot egg option was scrambled eggs which were on most mornings of my weeks stay black due to overcooking, on one morning the hot food was cold due to the unit not being turned on ( this was well into breakfast service). Breakfast was included in my rate and I would have been very reluctant to pay €12 had it not been. After filling the huge jacuzzi bath in the room and trying without success to turn it on I rang reception, only to be told the jacuzzi had been deactivated and it was only a regular bath (Disappointed).

I really liked swimming pool area on the roof, food at the bar was great and super nice Bulgarian women who served us drinks and food and looked after us. The view from the roof was amazing. We brought the speaker and enjoyed the music, so did other people (looked like), the staff at the reception were friendly too. They helped us to get taxis when needed to get to Malaga city centre. I was celebrating my 40th birthday and we had 7 rooms booked in total between the group, people said that it is a great deal for the price, although only one room had a big cockroach in the bathroom, which went back to the drains. The beds were comfortable enough, but they were very squeaky when changing position. Some of our windows didn't open properly. But it didn't ruin our time. Location was good if you wanted to go to the beaches or somewhere to eat, but 20 min away by taxi from Malaga city centre and taxis aren't very popular around, so if you order them via reception they are almost double price. One more thing that the walls definitely are not a soundproof, you can hear even what people are talking about next door. But I still would recommend, for that price it was not too bad. Some of my friends had breakfast as well, I know it was cheap, but not sure if it was good or not.

Only the cockroach in my friends bathroom, squeaky beds, not soundproof, some windows won't stay open. Also last day we ran out of the soup in the shower.

Appartment very comfortable and great location .

The building site opposite that kicked off at 7am every morning until17.30pm in evening the noise was awful The lack of information in the appartment. WiFi no info to how to access. No details how to use Air con.and you have to pay. No info how to exit the property by using a key pad on the wall. Access to.property signage was poor as on a side wall and ringing the office was a waste of time and clearly didn't know . So all in all would I stay there again a big Fat no.

Fab location in Cala de Moral, right near the beach and with a lovely scenic walk to Rincón de la Victoria. Big supermarkets and gorgeous bakeries just around the corner and everything you need nearby. Room was fab, great size with a balcony after we asked for one from reading previous reviews. It was kept lovely and clean throughout our stay and all the staff were fab. Pool was lovely too and the pool bar was very reasonably priced. Cala itself is very quiet so very much a chill out location, but nearby Rincon has a lot more happening. Approx 25 min drive from Malaga airport.

Pillows were absolutely awful, no tea/coffee making facilities and only four hangars which wasn’t ideal. Breakfast was not great - most of the hot food was cold even when it came directly from kitchen.

The location is great if you're not into nightlife and city buzz. I particularly liked the rooftop swimming pool (clean and not crowded) since swimming in the sea was not recommended. I was upgraded to a suite. I wasn't able to make a huge jacuzzi work but I didn't give it a chance really (the water was filling it up realy slowly). Breakfast was an extra 12€. There was a variety of food that can please an average tourist. The air condition works properly. There is a smell coming from the bathroom so you better keep the door closed. Front desk staff as well as the breakfast room staff were kind and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and it's just a quick two-minute walk to the beach. The great part of the hotel is definitely the pool bar. It offers a wonderful view, a lovely pool, and you can enjoy delicious food and drinks at very reasonable prices. What truly made my stay memorable was the incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful staff! Nadia at the pool bar provided exceptional service with a warm and welcoming attitude. The receptionists, Irene and the other girl who was working on June 30, 2024, in the evening, were also amazing! They were quick, professional, and assisted us with all our questions and needs, some of those issues were unexpected and very important but the receptionists helped us very fast. Overall, this hotel is a gem with a great location and outstanding staff that made our stay truly enjoyable. It's definitely worth a visit!

The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating, everyone from the staff at the front desk to the cleaners was incredibly pleasant. The room was massive, much bigger than expected. Proximity to the beach was a big plus. The rooftop view was good too. The shower pressure was excellent. My room had a jacuzzi bath, which I chose not to use because of the water shortages, but it was a bonus.

Nothing in particular was bad. Mostly just dated decor. Some fixtures and fittings were worn or degraded (lamps, light switches, TV remote, mirror in the bathroom etc.) Not bad by any means, but could do with a little bit of attention.

Staff were great and the room was very comfortable. Compared to the city center, this was so much more value for money in terms of room size / pool / location to beach / breakfast options etc. It might not look much from the outside, but this is a VERY comfortable stay for the money. Excellent breakfast in particular... Loved the walk through the caves to Rincon de la Victoria!

Looks a bit old from the outside. Lifts are small, but no big deal.
