Modern, clean hotel right on the beach with plenty of good restaurants within easy walking distance. Exceptional breakfast buffet, hot and cold, with the cheeriest chef. Lovely indoor pool looking onto the beach. Controllable air conditioning in the room. Very nice outdoor bar area for people watching and views of the beach. Very pleasant and helpful staff generally. We would recommend a stay here if you are looking for a beachside hotel with excellent facilities.

Minor gripes, the room was smaller than the expected as we had booked a premium room, there wasn’t much storage which felt cramped as we were staying for 5 nights. While there is free parking outside the hotel, it is next to impossible to get. The hotel offers outdoor parking 200metres away for €16 per night which we thought a bit expensive and not ideal for getting to and from in the heat.

This hotel is in a good location, right on the beach, great view, good breakfast, very clean hotel. Lively bar with music.

The swimming pool is part of a spa which has to be booked, is very small and in front of the dining area.

Great location, right on the beach. Very nice breakfast and dinner. The staff in the restaurant were very attentive. Reception staff were also very accommodating. They changed our room without any big discussion, as we had been given a room at the rear with a slightly depressing view. The new room was good, although not very cosy. Great beach/sea view. The spa area was floor to ceiling windows, which meant on one side, people walking past on a public, very busy walkway, could see inside, and the other side the diners in the restaurant could see inside. it actually felt like a fishbowl.

The staff was very nice, always smiling and ready to help. I especially want to mention Alidia, she was very nice and always gave good recommendations for transport or visiting nearby places.

We arrived at Barcelona airport. There is no direct transport from the airport to the town, so we took a taxi that cost a lot. Also, the hotel does not provide pick-up service from the airport.

The location is great, the breakfast buffet is huge and very well staffed for any questions. Staff overall are helpful. Spa is great with all bells and whistles and a very nice sun terrace. Booking direct gets a better room and supply of nice bathroom products.

Rooms are a bit spartan and while we want cleanliness the pervasive smell of strong disinfectant in all the common areas was unpleasant.

Food was great! Breakfast and Dinner was amazing!

The Spa is a BOGUS! It is available 1 hour day per reservation only. Otherwise is off limits. A hotel selling itself as a Spa Hotel should have at least the pool and the hot tub open all day. It’s not COVID anymore and there are no covid restrictions. So catch up to the world!

Liked the location and the breakfast, especially that it went until 11. There was free public parking right in front of the entrance that was fairly easy to get a spot. The hotel offered free bicycles which we used to travel along the beach walk. The rooms on both sides of the building have great ocean views but really enjoyed the side that you could see Roses, despite a building being closer on that side. The pool/spa area was fabulous: we liked that it had long opening hours, was never crowded (as it had to be booked) and children were limited to afternoon hours.

The first time it was a little odd walking through the bar/lounge in our robe to get to the pool but, it was so common of a sight, it didn’t bother us after that.

Great location in front of the beach. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean room and great cleaning service during the stay. Free bike rentals.

The spa facilities were a bit dated and the jacuzzi was out of order. Breakfast staff were a bit unorganized.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The food was very good.

There was not enough furniture in the room. The lady at dinner said we had to sit at the same table every evening for dinner! This is not great when we did not sit where there was a view of the sea once.
