This is a very nice hotel which is just a short stroll to the beach and restaurants. The area is benefitted by a very good promenade linking the different areas along the beach. Our room overlooked the pool area which was very nice. The rooms are basic but very clean. The continental breakfast was excellent. There is a small parking area at the front of the property for motorbikes.

Try to get a room overlooking the pool; most of the rooms overlook the road. The internet was a bit hit and miss. Note that there are no towels provided for use at the pool, so if you haven't brought your own (we hadn't because we were touring by motorbike) you have to go and buy some from the beach-side shops.

The hotel was nice. Staff were always very friendly. Breakfast was very decent with good choice. Swimming pool is big and a really spacious area - probably one of the best hotel pools for size. Hotel also has tennis courts, table tennis and a game arcade (1 euro pay per play). I didn't have the grandeur of the nearby hotel mediterraneo but it did have its own character.

I felt the rooms needed a bit of modernising. The bed was quite basic and mattress a little uncomfortable. There was no kettle or provision for hot drinks in the rooms (which many 3 star hotels do still have). I think with a little facelift it could be as enjoyable experience as the meditarraneo hotel. Tea and coffee in the rooms would have made a huge difference to our stay.

The hotel was exceptional in every way. The pool was very nice, and the location was absolutely perfect as it was only about two blocks from the beach. The breakfast was delicious. Luis provided us with recommendations and special attention, ensuring that we enjoyed our time in Roses. Additionally, when I encountered a problem with my rental car, they offered assistance and help in communications with the rental company.

Everything, it does what it says on the tin, lovely well maintained 70's building, should be listed, if its not already. Location perfect, staff great, and the inclusive breakfast was excellent, compared to similar hotels. For the price really very good.

There's nothing to be fair .

The pool is large and privately enclosed. Lovely breakfast with very large selection of fresh bread, cakes, biscuits and pastries. Hot and cold produce available. Particularly lovely fried eggs on final day. I microwaved the tomatoes. Staff were responsive and beds were comfortable. Shower was hot and powerful. Entertainment was available on several nights. Lovely restaurants in side streets close by. We would stay again.

Entertainment was good, but the Karaoke needed better management.

The pool and the side area of the pool was excellent. Breakfast options were very good. The only problem is that is super crowded.

Rooms isolation from outside are ok, but noises from neighboors are something that can be solved.

Parking at hotel. Very reasonable prices for eating and drinking.

Unfortunately, and not hotel's fault, we were there at same time as large coach group who 'took over' bar and restaurant. Buffet meal had little left when we were eating.

The hotel was very clean. The room was spacious and had a balcony. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. We enjoyed aqua Zumba in the pool Monday and Wednesday, which was super fun! The buffet was fantastic, a wide variety of choices, for breakfast and dinner. A fantastic shower with lots of water pressure. This hotel has a lot to offer! if you are not fuss about some of the fittings being dated, this is a fantastic 3 star hotel, excellent value for money, you won’t be disappointed!

There is nothing I did not like. As an improvement, we would have loved to have a fridge in the room.

It was the only thing affordable in Madrid that gave privacy. You stayed in unique pods that gave you privacy in a hostel.

Not enough storage space for me and my bike, but if don't have a bike that is great, except don't bring one of those huge check in suit cases.
