The location was great, the spacious room, the cleanliness.

The pool was too small. At night I wanted to get an ice cream for my kids and the staff was speaking apparently with a friend who had a kid as well. When the staff grabbed the ice creams for us, he gave one for free to the other kid and charged me more than what I was supposed to pay. I found it very unprofessional because even my kids noticed it. But this is not the hotel’s fault. I believe they should check closely the night guy at the front desk. One more thing generally speaking, the staff could be a little more friendly and then make our experience even more awesome :-)

The helpfulness and friendliness of all staff was exceptional! Room size and shower was amazing! Also the breakfast was fantastic!

The photos on the website make the swimming pool appear a lot bigger than in reality. Having a child with us and promising them a pool, we found this very disappointing as when we went to swim in it there was already a family of 4 adults in the pool and we felt we couldn't really join them as it was too small: it is more like a large bath. Also the beds were uncomfortable unfortunately.

Nice spacious modern room with large modern bathroom. My room was in a separate building across the street, but no issue with that. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of hot and cold foods. They have a couple of garages for motorcycle use which was excellent and secure.

Friendly staff, very clean. Good buffet breakfast. Special offer available at the hotel for a good all inclusive buffet within walking distance.

Asked about parking when booking, was told I couldn't reserve. No parking available when we turned up. Booked 2 rooms as a family but ended up in separate buildings.

Friendly staff. We stayed for one night. We could use their Private garage. It was not included in the hotelprice so we payed €12,00 .We didn't take breakfast. The room was clean and is wasn't noisy at night from traffic or tourists. The location was very good. 200 meters from the centre.

Great location the hotel was renovated, everything was clean and neat, new furniture in the room a small fridge in the room kids corner, nice + small pool on the roof

it is not possible to book a parking place in the hotel garage, during Sunday - there is a market nearby till 4 pm - it might be extremely difficult to find a place where to leave your car.

Location …staff friendly and welcoming and helpful….rooftop pool and sun loungers a bonus …big spacious room with excellent view. Superb cleaning daily …very satisfying breakfast

Other people ignoring the non smoking rule ….dogs allowed which for us is disappointing

We spend the night here with our 2 little children (1 and 3). We had a very warm welcome, everyone from the staff is very friendly and helpfull. You feel welcommed from stepping inside. Our daughter loved the ball pool and could loose some energy after the long car ride. We were there on our way back home to Germany for one night but definitely plan to come back for some more days, as Roses also is a beautiful town. We enjoyed the stay, keep that good work up :)

The location was just perfect. And the staff was always helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a small balcony where to relax after walking in the city. Very close to all the amenities, beach, restaurants... I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

A/C was very quiet and efficient and the staff was superb as they accommodated me with internet password in lobby while i waited for my check-in time, plus had a locked baggage room for my backpack as i strolled around the boardwalk.

Glad i wasn't near swimming pool as it can get noisy with kids.
