Price, location and view, staff attitude

Impossible to arrive in front of the hotel, parking far away, no fridge or coffee maker in the room, very low quality and poor selection of food for breakfast. Poor bed, virtually no insulation against the noise outside of the room.

The Location was great, right on the seafront , the view of the sea from our room was fantastic .Beds were comfortable.

The shower head was not fitted to the wall correctly so you had to hold the head to shower. I hate that. The breakfast was average. Coffee was terrible , the rail on the balcony is very low ,my husband is tall and was not comfortable on the balcony, I think it is not the correct height for health and safety regulations.

First of all the staff was super helpful explaining where to eat and where to chill. The location is perfect, just in front of a pier where many ferries do tours. The views from our room were wonderful! Breakfast full of options to choose, fresh and clean.

Nothing! Everything was fine, but I think that a small fridge is a must to have in these rooms as same as a small kit of toileteries (earbuds, toothbrush, shower cap, ...typical set from hotels).

Fabulous hotel perfect for visiting Roses. Great location. Breakfast buffet style very good quality but a shame that the waitresses at breakfast were miserable. Our room had a sea view, basic but clean and very comfortable beds. The railings on the balcony however do not seem very safe and are far too low. Would highly recommend for a stay & would definitely book again.

Room was very clean and comfortable. A little noisy from street cleaning early morning, but nothing to complain about. Fantastic breakfast and staff. Right in the middle of everything and a good beach over the road was brilliant.

Parking was advertised but not available due to the local event. Breakfast is limited to very simple stuff, not worth it's value at all. The saver was a glass of champagne. No fridge in the room.

Location was great in front of the beach and close to many stores and restaurants and to go for a walk around the town. The staff very nice and smiling all the time which made us feel good and they answered all our questions. If We visit Roses again will stay here again. We got a room with a balcony and partially view to the beach and the street( was not noisy).

Breakfast buffet didnt have eggs. The rest was good.

There were two chairs in the room, the staff was very welcoming and the room was great. It was very close to the waterfront and the GR92.

This hotel serves the worst coffee at breakfast I think I've ever had. On the other hand, the price that includes breakfast, was inexpensive. The rest of the breakfast was fine except the juices but there was plenty of fresh fruit.

The space of the room, the view from the balcony was terrific. Cafe next door was so convenient, staff were very courteos and welcoming. The breakfast was just what we needed to start the day.
