Easy parking. Good size room. Balcony with table and chairs. Sound wifi. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel bar very reasonably priced.

Super convenient and friendly hotel with really easy parking and a great restaurant/bar. The hotel is great for people stopping off on a road trip around the region. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. They go above and beyond. The hotel takes dogs and there is a little park behind the hotel to walk them.

For the purpose of our trip, I can’t fault it, although it is not the most picturesque location if that’s what you are looking for.

Everything was in good order. All the staff we met were great. The coffee shop downstairs was a very pleasant place to have breakfast and the coffee was good! Hotel was clean and there were 2 dogs we saw during our stay who were well behaved. So , it was not a problem for us (a previous review made us worry that it might be). Great location; walking distance to amenities. Public transport seems to be working, although we didn’t use it this time.

It would have been nice to be able to have a hot drink , even from a machine, when we arrived late. A kettle in our room would have been a welcome addition through our stay.

Dog friendly, clean, beautifully designed. The shower glass door was so clean that our dog even bumped his head trying to walk through it 😄

Some of the staff were unfriendly and had bad attitudes. The reception staff were wonderful but the two restaurant staff who served us dinner were appallingly unhelpful and rude…so bad that we decided not to stay for breakfast. We left early, had breakfast in the city, and moved on to new accommodation. We don’t care how good a facility is, or how well priced it is, if all staff can’t be service oriented, helpful and friendly then we move on and will never return. If the hotel sees this review, cares, and wants to contact us, we’ll privately let them know who the two staff are.

Great breakfast hot & cold, plenty of variety for all tastes. Restaurant had a very good menu for lunch or Dinner, again the staff were very pleasant and efficient whilst carrying out a number orders in a choice of language. 5****

No coffee/tea makings in the room, this is found on the ground floor, fridge was a bonus but not very reliable, just chilled. No safe in the room, this should be the norm in this day.

The area outside this property is unbelievably dirty with dog mess I’ve never experienced this anywhere before,the owners need to be fined for not picking up the dog mess ,I stay at this hotel and behind there is a great place for my dog to stretch her legs but can not be used as this area is covered in mess and the smell is unbelievable. You can’t walk down the street as pavement covered in dogs mess

We had a very good stay, we were surprised what we found for a 3 star hotel we liked it a lot and we will be back for sure. The room had all we want it the only but i can say is the room was just enough for a family of three, breakfast was a bit limited but all we have tried it was nice. And the staff very good and very attentive.

We have a reservation where in the picture there was a very nice room we were expecting to have, but the staff didn't manage to change the small room they give us to the one confirmed in the booking.

Perfect hotel! Good food, nice rooms, dog friendly!

The whole stay at this hotel, was lovely. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, and in good condition, good sound proofing. For us as dog owners, it was great that we could reserve a table in the bar for the evening, so we could have a meal and drink with the dogs with us. Again, we couldn’t fault the food and service we received while dinning.
