Very clean and spacious. All rooms have a fantastic view. Lifts to all floors. Decent size swimming pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food good for the price.

Mixed feelings about the location. Amazing views of the bay, but not very easy to get to the town and beach independently if you have mobility problems. There is a mini bus service available but not necessarily at the right times. Taxis are relatively expensive for the distance.

Great food, great pool, lots of parking. The lady at reception "Maite" is very helpfull, and so are her girls that look after the restaurant etc. The view from the rooms is exceptional, though it can get warm in the summer afternoon, but the hotel has lots of space to lounge around in.,so best use the room terrace for mornings and evenings. Certainly a great place to hang out in Roses.

The hotel is placed up a height at the back of Roses,, hence the view,, If you don't have a car don't attempt to walk up, get a taxi, I'm sure, it's not expensive.

The hotel was nice but could do with a little updating like fridge in room and a table on the balcony. Staff were very good and the curtesy bus was a bonus as hotel up a very steep hill. The room had a nice see view and the restaurant was very good. would stay again if in the area.

Plug sockets could do with a look at and the air conditioning didn't work. Patio doors - you could lock inside but still open the doors from out on the balcony very strange.

Fabulous place to stay. Everything was superb, staff, rooms, facilities and food added to which was a fantastic pool (what a tonic after a hot sweaty ride on a motorcycle - instant refreshment) and the views across the bay and marina simply stunning. We could only stay one night as we were on a motorcycle tour with a tight schedule. We will come back and next time, will spend a couple of nights here in order that we have time to explore the local town.

Both the breakfast and the dinner buffet were excellent for the price. Amazing views from the room and the eating area. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly.

Not well maintained rooms. There was a strange hole in the ceiling, one of the outlets was broken and the toilet flush button was broken. Spacious room, however, it would be nice to have a chair/sofa in the room and a small table on the terrace/balcony.

Fantastic views from every room and the dining terrace. Strong wifi. Free parking. Delicious food. Quiet location. Large pool with a deep end for diving. Don't miss the secret path to the Neolithic Dolmens!

Took us 24hr to realise you are expected to clear your table! Don't miss the free shuttle back from town - the last 200m of the climb are shocking

Very clean rooms and pool area. Staff were helpful and friendly. Handy to have shuttle down to the town. Air conditioning in rooms was very effective. Stunning view over bay of Rosas from terrace. Good range of Spanish food every day in restaurant, which was regularly restocked so did not run out.

The room is comfortable and clean - and we had room to the sea. The swimming pool is also great. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Transfer to the beach

It is far from the city center and the beach. Could be complicated if you are not by car. They offer transfer in regular times.

The hotel is quiet, and the view is amazing! It is well located since it is close to Cadaqués, and the town also has a long beach. The hotel has a game room and a big pool, so you can have fun there. The parking is good and safe.

The hotel decoration looks a bit old.

- The room (a triple one) was specious enough and the bathroom was the same - The breakfast was very good with a nice view to the city & sea - There was a flamenco show at the hotel's bar which was very nice

- We arrived with 30 minutes before the check-in time and the lady from the reception told us that the room is ready. But when we arrived to our room, we realized that the room was not cleaned yet and the cleaning ladies were very pushy to leave the room to clean it. In my opinion there was a miscommunication between the cleaning ladies and the reception lady - The hotel is quiet far from the beach and it is not so easy to walk. I would recommend going with the car - At some point there wasn't anybody at the reception desk, so we had to wait around 30 minutes for somebody to come
