Had a wonderful holiday thanks to the great reception staff!!! Big thank you to all. Especially to Veronica who saved me the day when Spain lost electricity. She arranged for me to stay in a super room with a terrace at the Hotel Triana as the hotel had a generator. And to Laura who booked my super apartment with a terrace, exactly what I had asked for in my request. All Super Stars....

The apartment was spotlessly clean and the air conditioning was exceptional. Shower was nice and powerful and the cleaners called in every day .

It was a shame the pool area wasn’t a bit bigger but it was lovely to soak up the sun so not really a complaint.

Central, large room, direct access to the supplementary car park by elevator. Very nice and helpful reception.

The room was pretty warm and the A/C not running (cold outside). But opening the windows invited mosquitos. Ants build a road through the kitchen and tried to steal food.

The apartment was fantastic. Clean, well furnished, great sized terrace, huge bed and lovely and cool with the aircon.

I'd have liked a view of herds of wildebeest on the plains of the Serengeti :)

The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment and all areas were very clean and tidy. Location was good and the hotel was good value for money. Pleasant balcony too.

Wasn't aware that the pool was in the sister hotel. No clothes dryer available.

Very clean, quiet and spacious 1 bed apartment with balcony and outdoor seating. Rooftop pool and free, secure parking for bikes. Quick replies to our queries pre-stay.

15 mins walk to the beach and not in a great area. A few scuffs and signs of wear - sofa looked a but grubby.

Nice studio style room. Clean and comfortable. Good value. Would be good for longer stays as kitchen facilities are included.

Thermostatic shower valve was a bit dodgy.

Fantastic apartment.. separate bedroom with super king size bed. Nice, adequate kitchen. Good walki in shower. Huge wrap round balcony (room 301) staff excellent. Parking fine but a little tight for SUV sized cars

If being highly critical I would have like a light in the bathroom nearer the shower as it was a bit dark. No English speaking TV chanels .
