If I died and went to heaven it might just look like this. Well, a hedonistic pleasure filled heaven anyways. I stayed at the tower. Right from when you walk in: the red tiles and ornamentation, the dj playing in the lobby, the friendly staff, and the place smells damn good. It is clear this is not your ordinary hotel. Some stand outs: The hotel is very well staffed and they were all friendly and helpful. It is located right on the beach with umbrellas, lounge chairs, food and drink service. The water is wonderful. The tower pool is beautiful, red tiled, with great music, food and drink service., as well as Instagram influencers (or wannabees) posing for your viewing enjoyment. The breakfast – wow…where to begin, champagne, steak, chocolate fountains, pancakes ice cream, cheese and meat tables, eggs sausage and bacon (of course), Pata Negra jamon, and more...You will need to practice your restraint. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable though there could be more room for storage of clothes. There was a minbar and Nespresso coffeemaker and then drinks and sextoys for purchase (oh yeah a mirrored wall). The real plus for me was the in and out privileges for the Raves, which run from about 3pm or 5pm to 11pm. Great DJs. I love to dance but to be stuck there from 5 to 11 is too much for my taste. This way, I could pop in and out as I please; go at 5:30 for an hour of dancing (lots of good space at this time), then leave for a swim in the ocean, pop back in around 7:30, leave for a bit then come back and wrap up the night. It made my stay to be able to come and go as I pleased. Super friendly door staff and easy to get in and out if you are staying there. And the vibe on the floor was great. Friendly as you would expect and all ages too, which is nice as I’m over 45 and I felt perfectly at home.

While I liked how the hotel smelled, I have a friend who is very allergic to scents and if they were to book they would be in trouble. I wonder if this has ever caused a problem? Also its a great feature to have a Nespresso machine in the room and it would have been a nice touch to have at least a few coffee's provided every day. Two regular nespresso pods for a 5 night stay (and 2 decaf, but who dances on decaf?)... un detalle por dios...

The rooms are amazing, the bed was like a fluffy cloud, free sunbed and towels

We did not know there was an un season. The hotel had just opened when we were there and the beach club had not yet started, which we did not know and that was a bummer as we had opted for the hotel, as we had heard good things about the beach club. The hotel in itself was very good and was directly on the beach and the breakfast spread was indeed very very good.. I have been to Ibiza before and have stayed at other good hotels at much lower costs, so felt we paid the higher costs un necessarily, as the beach club was not working..

Just that that beach club was not working as the hotel was just starting from their off season break.. This information was not presented anywhere on the website and that we felt was not so cool..

Pau and Carlos at the front desk deserve a medal for their customer service. They absolutely went above and beyond for us. We arrived at 10:30pm after 20 hours of flying from Mexico City. When we went to pay for our room (the Anything Can Happen Stage view) we encountered issues with our bank putting a daily spend limit on my card. Carlos and Pau worked with us to get to a solution that allowed us to pay the first several nights which landed under our daily purchase limit from the bank and then put the remainder on our card the next day. We are super thankful to them and their willingness to work with us. The room was absolutely amazing! We had the BEST stage view and were able to enjoy Martin Garrix, Calvin Harris and Ants from the comfort of our balcony.

On the downside - the food ranged from mediocre to absolutely horrible and insanely expensive for the quality. We ate at Montack Steak where I ordered a filet medium rare. At first it came nearly well done and absolutely dry. I sent it back and when it was served again the middle was completely raw and uneditable - and we were still charged $169 euros. Brunch was fine but not with the $60 per person price tag.

Great location, good value with club entry but surprisingly quiet after it finished around 11pm. Slept really well. Staff were very helpful

Probably could have had more wait staff during peak times at the pool as they were run off their feet and took a while to get drink orders in. They were very friendly, but just understaffed for the volume of people

Great service from front desk and concierge this was our second visit and they made it really special.

The security staff were very rude/agressive in guarding the back area during defected, I had paid a lot of money for my room which welcomed guests the previous evening for guetta and was amazing but he was rude to me and my guests (only 3 people) in getting to and from the room, however he was happy to take bribes from the room next door who had multiple groups of girls come and go. No one informed me when checking into my room this would be a restriction, however I don’t hold it against the front seat as security appeared to have a mind of their own as they were supportive and were told to let our guests in which was done but reluctantly.

Too loud music on the pool area, very expensive drinks, ok 2-3 prices over the normal but 10 times its too much, for what? For dirty water on the beach and loud music with a lot of drugsellers like mosquitos everywhere? Ushuaia Intertainment does everything to make money not make people comfy and happy.

At the heart of Ibiza party style with summer vives Not for everyone since it is a party hotel rather than a summer relaxing one. It has loud music from the pool or from Ushuaia party center until 11 pm. With you want party this is the hotel to be. Moreover you will have “free” entry to the Ushuaia party scene since you are a hotel guest.

Some guests do not respect the “silent” ours and take the loud music overnight at the rooms. The breakfast, albeit with lots of different choices is not at the best location.

It is the location where the celeb dj perform HOWEVER if you don’t have a patio room close to the stage you might as well book elsewhere

They are seriously understaffed, it took 2 hours from walking in to check in, they make you do meaningless app things, tell you your room has an electricity shortage, lie, so they can either upsell you to a twice the price room or they move you to the boonies. We chose to pay twice the price as the concert had already started and we were missing it. Then they made us wait for an escort to take us to our room, no escort for 1/2 hour, we went in our own. They ruined our Calvin Harris concert as for $2,300 we saw only the last hour. I want a refund
