This hotel has recently went throught transformation. It has renovated rooms, big spaces so it doesnt feel crowded despite a large number of guests. It is really fantastic especially when you choose the "level" experience which has a dedicated breakfest and lounge facility - I fully recommend this when there is a small cost difference. I was really happy with the stay

Parking situation is a bit absurd as you cannot do reservation but sometimes you cannot enter because of active reservations and you need to walk a longer distance.

Fabulous room with an enormous balcony overlooking the sea with the wonderful sound of the waves. Excellent facilities with a heated pool and good pool bar. Lovely well trained staff. We went bed and breakfast and were happy with the food in the morning.

The evening entertainment wasn’t really for us so sat on our balcony with a glass of wine and listened to the waves!

The view and the pools were great! It was lovely to be able to walk straight to the beach and the tiny boulevard of Puerto Naos. The rooms were fine. The breakfast was great, lots of choices. It was also nice that they had fresh fruits with every meal.

The dinner buffet wasn’t that great. You could make a great salad and had a nice choice of cheeses and pieces of meat. However, the hot food dishes weren’t labeled, which makes it hard to know what you can eat as for example a vegetarian. The staff does not speak English that well, so asking what the food is doesn’t work either. Soms foods were cold of had been laying there for quit a while. The drinks were not as cheap as we would have liked, since you have to pay for them outside of your halfboard. The wines were great though!

Room was great, plenty of space and clean. Bathroom was looking good as well. Breakfast had plenty of food and choices. The swimming pool was lovely and great views to the see and local town. I would definitely go back but would have dinner somewhere else.

I've never had to sign as many papers for checking in into a hotel as for this hotel. Jesus, all guests had to sign a lot of paperwork for COVID, police check and data integrity. Ladies, bring your own hair conditioner as the hotel don't provide you with shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and shower cap, instead they only had an all-in-one bottle gel. Dinner buffet was good -not great- and you will be charged for drinks, even water!!, but breakfast was definitely better, although poached eggs were actually hard eggs, sadly.

Great hotel for little money. Good food. Great room 303. Cleanliness. Large area with a large beach. Convenient promenade with several cafes very close. Calm rest among mature people.

The location is remote from everything. View from the hotel to the ocean and stone mountains without vegetation.

No possibility to use a mattress or any swimming inflatable in a swimming pool even when there were hardly any guests. Unfortunately smoking was allowed in the balconies what meant it was impossible to open the balcony door sometimes :( Too few waiters at the restaurant - sometimes you had to wait for a clean table or cutlery...

When we had a problem related to air conditioning, the hotel staff did everything to help us and moved us to another room. Also, they seem to take Covid very seriously.

The hotel was really far and difficult to reach, not many restaurants around to have a decent meal. The staff is quite slow. They don't seem to be careful about allergies/intolerances as my husband asked for a burger without cheese (even in Spanish) and they served him a cheeseburger anyway.

Staff was very friendly. Poolbar was nice. Rooms are clean. Nice view if you are lucky!

- No room service. - No tea, no coffee, no kettle in the room. - Rooms need a renovation. Showers lack from water pressure, toilets were scratched, wlan didn’t work properly, roomphone didn’t work, balcony door makes very loud noises, paint was falling off. - Activities go until midnight. This includes rather loud music you will hear. Balcony light also can’t be turned off until midnight. - Breakfast and food offers where disappointing. Orange juice, bacon and eggs cannot be enjoyed. - Prices are ridiculously high. You cannot drink tap water. 1 Liter of water costs 7.50 at the pool bar. - Half of the hotel seems like a ghost town and is not habitable. - The hotel is only considerable with a rental car. And if you have one there are far better and cheaper options on the island. Summarised: not deserving of 4 stars or the high price.
