Easy check-in. Receptionist took us to bungalow to show us around and we were able to have the microwave replaced by an oven. Spacious and comfortable living room and bedroom both with access to terrace facing the sunset. Reasonably equipped kitchen with outside area, including table and chairs, which we only used for hanging washing. Bathtub. Regular change of towels. Good wifi. Lovely, well-kept garden areas around the bungalows. Convenient for exploring the west of the island.

Not a lot, though the water heater was insufficient to fill the bath so we had to plan ahead.

For me this was a dream place due to the beautiful garden and plants blossoming beautifully in June. Very comfy, well equipped rooms. Also some bungalows have a direct sea view. Close proximity to Los Llanos- nice town, biggest on La Palma.

A little difficult to reach, renting a car is a must. El Paso is not a town worth visiting.

The view upon the landscape and the sea, from the terrace ! The swimming pool (a big and a small one), the long chairs and all the stuffs proposed to children for playing in the water or at the beach. Well situated in a quiet zone of El Paso. Free parking for cars. Staff is welcoming, friendly and answers quickly to any demand or problem. A marvelous place to spend à one week stay in this beautiful island !

Maybe it lacks some kitchen stuffs to cook and to eat (bowls, spoons, for example) and a microwave oven which is very convenient on holidays)

We are a family of four. Our kids are 2 and 6. We had a wonderful stay. Right in the center of the island and very close to Tazacorte.

Very nice location, quiet. Very beautiful view. We were two colleagues and could book a bungalow with two separate rooms, which was very convenient. Everything was neat and clean. Friendly host.

WiFi could work better, but it did not bother us as we were staying two days and working outdoor most of the time.

The garden and view were great. Also the views and the friendliness of the staff was very nice.

We had a horror encounter in the middle of the night when we were woken up by a stranger in our house who was with a flashlight looking through our belongings. We scared him by screaming so that he ran away in a hurry. Unfortunately he could steal our cash money. There was no security at the bungalowpark. The next morning the staff reacted well and looked for a solution. In another review I have read that another couple had a week before us the same experience. Windows are not safe and can easily been opened from the outside of the bungalows, no security or anybody of the staff there in the evening or night. This is an open invitation for people looking for some quick cash. Such a shame because the park has still great potential although some other reviews also mentioned that the bungalows need an update.
