All staff members were very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed the location of the hotel given it was so close to nearby restaurants, cafes, bakeries and was it was only a few minutes to the beach. Sitting on the balcony was such a nice way to enjoy the morning sunrise and have our breakfast before heading out each day!

Some things were missing from the room initially and there was no TV remote. The breakfast was OK but perhaps just a little bit on the basic side.

Modern design, welcoming friendly staff, comfortable and very clean. Great included breakfast too. Excellent central, yet quiet location in Santa Cruz, just a few minutes' walk from where the 500 airport bus drops off and picks up. Close to main shopping streets and seafront with lots of cafes, shops and restaurants. I can highly recommend this small, friendly hotel.

The WiFi was intermittent and slow, often showing no internet. This has been commented on by other guests in earlier reviews so it's disappointing that this issue still exists.

Great location, close to main pedestrian thoroughfare. Clean and comfortable room. Very nice breakfast (with different options available).

Very odd that the front desk was rarely staffed. Staff was usually, but not always, available by phone. WIFI was terrible - I had to go into the hall to find the connection, but then it kept dropping. Note to staff - fix the door leading to rooms, since it doesn't close all the way (not great when lobby is not staffed).

Convenient location. Nice to get breakfast. Staff very helpful. Early check in was allowed which was good as we came from the Tenerife ferry. We had a balcony which was lovely.

Parking a little tricky to find - need to go to a car park and walk to the property- we went round in a circle through small streets at first. Can be a bit noisy at the weekends if the locals have a party.

The hotelito 27 is a good option to stay in La Palma for a relatively low price. My room was functional and clean but a bit exposed to noise in the entrance area and the corridor. Also there was no curtain in the shower and difficult to avoid a mess. The staff was friendly, but chatted loudly at 7 in the morning... I appreciate that check out is only at 12 and breakfast, which is quite good, is served until 11. The location is good and easy to reach by walking from the ferry port.

The hotel was perfect for our trip to La Palma. Issa and the other Staff were lovely and the service was very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was freshly made everyday with plenty to offer. The hotel is not too big so you have a friendly personal touch. The hotel is located up a hill, behind Santa Cruz's old church, 2 minutes from the harbour and the main streets that have shopping, bars and restaurants.

El Hotelito 27 is a home away from home, tucked into the centre of La Palma. My stay was so comfortable and enjoyable and the staff were amazing!!! I particularly appreciate the customer service and the wonderful service at breakfast, which was delicious. I would recommend everyone to stay at El Hotelito 27.

Incredible value for money. Adorable service despite late check in and very early check out. Nice room with good bedding and everything needed for a confortable stay. Very good breakfast, letting you choose between 3 different options.

Could have prepared the two twin beds as a double

The beds were super comfortable, however a bit small for tall people. Nice breakfast served by a very kind lady. The location was really good.

On the website the pictures show the rooms with a balcony, but in reality there was only a tiny window in our room, and it was dark.

The breakfast was simple but adequate and serving staff were lovely . All the staff were helpful.

Unfortunately cruise ships do come into Santa Cruz which might swamp the city/ island with too many people arriving at one time into the location.
