We stayed here 2yrs ago; we had a much better experience this time! The quality of the food was really good, lots of choice and everything was fresh. The hotel isn't new but the staff work extremely hard to make sure maintenance is attended to, everywhere is clean, the gardens are in tip top condition and everything works well. All the staff we encountered were friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble.

We obviously arrived on a busy day, there was quite a queue at reception and check in took a while. That said, everything was thoroughly explained and any queries answered. Our only criticism was trying to attract the attention of the waiting staff at dinner to order drinks. We were normally greeted promptly on taking our table and a drinks order was taken, it was difficult to order a 2nd drink during dinner.

Excellent location - 45 minute walk into the centre of La Palma Staff were fabulous and very very helpful Cesar on reception was fabulous! He spent lots of time informing us how to get into La Palma and his to get the bus for our volcano tour we had booked separately. Hotel was spotless Drinks very reasonable Buffet dining room was as expected for the cost of the stay

Our room had a funny smell - like drains but it didn’t impact on our stay The fridge didn’t work but we didn’t report it - so we can’t complain, it didn’t impact our stay We would have preferred a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea - instead we were provided with a coffee machine which was useless!!!

This hotel, built during Spain's period of prosperity with EU funding, now shows some signs of wear, though it remains comfortable enough. Its east coast location offers convenient access to the airport and Santa Cruz, making it easy to get around. However, this positioning also means more clouds and wind, as the sun rises from this side. The room views are pleasant. The half-board meal plan is a good option, although dinner sometimes involves a short wait for a table. Drinks are not included with dinner. The scarcity of guests vying for poolside sunbeds likely stems from the uninvitingly cool water. The small town offers all essential amenities, including cafes and shops. Overall, the island itself is a unique experience compared to the other Canary Islands, boasting lush greenery and a distinct South American feel. It's definitely worth a visit.

The staff service is exceptional, we have been going back there over the years and that stays the same. Good selection of food, you can't go wrong with half board option. Location is perfect. You can't get bored there, many activities are offered.

The hotel, especially the old part, needs a bit of refurbishment, the condition of the carpets leading to a new building is quite poor. A bit of follow through as well would be nice, we were staying in one of the suites as a family of four and had only 2 outdoor chairs on the balcony. Not sure why place had microwave - we had no plates or cutlery.

Easy to park. Very fast to check in. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Plenty of hot water, soaps, creams and shampoos to use as well as other complimentary things to use. The heated pool was warm and lovely, although it could have used a quick clean with a pool net as it had lots bugs and bits floating on the top. The restaurant was impeccable. Plenty to choose from and really decent things. The staff in there worked efficiently and quietly like a well oiled machine. Very impressive. The staff in the bar made lovely cocktails and were happy to chat a little with customers as they worked, giving off a friendly local kind of atmosphere. On the whole, a really nice hotel to spend some time to relax and eat.

The heated pool was a bit dirty, with bugs and bits floating on the top. The bar wouldn't make certain cocktails even though they knew how to make them, saying it was because that they weren't on the menu, which was disappointing after paying for all-inclusive. Those two things are all I can think of that I didn't like, on the whole, the hotel was amazing.

Very helpful friendly stuff. Easy check-in as initial steps were done prior to the arrival online and everything was ready by the time I have actually arrived at the location. Overall, very good impression about everything in the hotel, would come again for sure in case I decide to travel to La Palma again. Comfortable, good location, good food.

Towels could have been changed more often but was fine. Minor thing.

Perfect location, the scenery is just fantastic. Some restaurants and beautiful beach is close. Well maintained, no problems to find parking. Quiet and very relaxing. Basically the place has everything one can need so would be perfect fit to spend time without a need to go anywhere else. Also good bar with cocktails))

Could be better variety for the breakfast, having coffee machine and kettle in the room would be nice

Great view from the balcony out to the sea (specified a sea view room) Multiple pools all clean and not overly full. Loved being near to the sea. Also enjoyed the view point only a minutes walk away. Staff all really helpful and friendly.

Aircon wasn’t particularly strong but then again it was incredibly hot when we were there so maybe it’s ok usually. We checked out at midday and a rather officious receptionist said we had to hand over our all inclusive bands even though we weren’t leaving until 6pm. As we’d spent a fair bit of money for 2 rooms over 4 days this seemed a little penny pinching. They did offer us a voucher for lunch which made it all the more odd.

Big hotel with all amenities suitable for discovering of the island. Of course its quite crowded but also well managed and mainatined sou you will find your space. There is plenty sunbeds and also you can park your car. There are some dining options nearby the hotel as well. breakfast is fine, especially outside.

Place is generally very windy, especially the pool area, but to be honest - wind is what you find plenty all over Canaries :) Our room (4401) was in the coridor connecting two buildings so it was quity noisy albeit also spacious.

The rooms were spacious. The bed very comfortable. The pools were a delight!! The buffet was very varied. Friendly polite staff. It was walking distance to other eating establishments. Chocolate treats in the evening.

Although the rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff very helpful and friendly,there were some áreas in the hotel that needed some attention eg carpet stains, cobwebs in outside dining área
