I had a front apartment - and the internet did not reach there. It is an apartment Apartment Tourist Complex for people escaping the winter, especially seniors. Some people come here every year for month. All the sourrounding is like that. The beach is very nice actually, used to be a fisher place. Nice to swim, but all very overpriced. If you would like to know a bit of canarien culture, that would be not the place.

The apartment was well equipped and our kids enjoyed the swimming pool. It was nice to have a safe environment for children inside the complex as well. The furniture is not new, but it did work for a few nights. The staff was also very welcoming and accommodating.

Our apartment was far from the main entrance, so it was not very straightforward to transport all the bags we had.

The proximity to the pool and the pool itself was gorgeous

The unbearable heat at night. We have to open the door of the apartment to get the air circulating. On the other hand, it was quite hot so I don’t k le if it was the property or the weather itself

The facility and location is a dream. Half-board at LaCaleta delicious! Like coming home. Highly recommended!

Location, staff, cleanliness

Swimming pool was lovely. Both receptionists were very friendly, nice and helpful. They let us have a very late check out with no extra cost.

The cleaning service didn't really clean. It was our day for the room to be cleaned and they left towels hanging from outside the main door, not even the rubbish was taken out, we had to do it. Hot water didn't work all the time, sofa bed was quite uncomfortable.
