Beautiful apartment, nice view from the window. Lots of space.

The outdoor was broken and we were left outside on the street at 22:00. I phoned and wrote to all the communication channels - nobody answered. After half an hour another guest left the building so we could finally get in. This kind of lack of communication in urgent situations is unacceptable. The next day the door was repaired, but still no comment to my messages from the staff. It is also important to note that the apartment is practically empty. There is a washing machine but no detergent. There is a kitchen, but no oil, salt etc. Just 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 people for 4 days. Guests should therefore be aware that they will have to buy these things even if they are only staying for a few days (there was shampoo and 2 tablets for the dishwasher though).

We arrived at the Bruja apartments after spending two nights at another hotel, which we had to leave in a hurry because nothing there met our expectations. On that contrast, Bruja felt like a true escape — spacious, comfortable, peaceful, and finally, a place where we could truly relax. The apartment is very large and bright, with big windows and a balcony offering a nice city view. Of course, we would have loved a sea view, but since we booked it last minute and managed to get the number of nights we needed, we were more than happy. The interior is modern and stylish, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highlights include: – fresh, white, and pleasantly scented towels, – bathroom amenities, – a good hairdryer, – a functional kitchen, – and a washing machine. A few small things were missing, like wine glasses and detergent for the washing machine — we actually bought some wine glasses and left them for future guests, hope they come in handy :) The location is also great: not in the very center, but just a 10-minute walk to the main avenue, about 20 minutes to the bus station, and there's a bus stop just steps away — super convenient. Some guests might find the cleanliness not absolutely perfect, but compared to the place we came from, it was honestly wonderful. We felt right at home and didn’t want to leave. We’d be happy to stay here again the next time we visit Santa Cruz!

We had an apartment on the 5th floor: - The view from the windows was stunning (to the city, ocean, and sunrise). - They have a roof terrace and a roof pool (a small one though - you can not actually swim there). - We liked the key system: they gave us three options how to open the doors - you could even use your smartphone. - The apartment itself was OK, spacious (nothing special though). - Big shower cabin.

- If you walk, you go uphill. - It's distant from the coast and the old town. - The was a washing machine, but no single tab to wash some clothes. - Curtains in the bedroom consisted of three parts and you couldn't move the middle one to one side - it stayed in the middle and obscured the view. - Some strange system with potable water: they encourage you to use a reusable bottle, but to refill it you have to go the top floor and then look for some machine that stays in small locked room (LOCKED, not just closed!!!). And the water from there wasn't really good, to be honest.

Nice people at the reception and the apartment is overall nice and spacious and have it all. A bit far off from the center-center, but still walkable (25-30min) or can even take a public transport, the stop right is outside the corner. Also there is a supermarket right downstairs, so easy and fast access for shopping in case you want to eat at the apartment.

We would have appreciated some proper blankets, as during our stay (in February) was really not THAT warm nor inside or outside. Also as we are talking about apartment with kitchen, sadly besides very few basics it would have been reeeeallly helpful to have things like salt, pepper, oil and these types items available as one cannot buy a full shopping just for a 1-2 night stay only so then the cleaning ladies can take home all of these for free.

Wonderful two bedroom apartment. Sadly we only stayed one night to take in a match at the C D Tenerife stadium 10 minutes away. The balconies of our seventh floor apartment gave magnificent views of the city and sea. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable . There is a small supermarket right next door for essentials. Easy and efficient check in with friendly staff. Well served by public transport but an easy 25 minute stroll to the city centre. The roof top pool is beautifully kept as is the large roof terrace. Recommend higher floors for the views.

Liked the location, good for walking and easy acces to public transport. Nice residential neighbourhood with lovely park nextdoor. Good idea to have water bottle in the apartment for refills rather than buying plastic bottles

Didnt like the difficulty with the access to the solarium via the electronic door. Didnt manage to open door by myself in the 6 days I was there, discovered on 2nd day you had to turn it twice to left, but still did not work. I got key fob from reception, still did not work??????

The apartment was massive! Really clean and had everything you could need for a stay away including coffee maker, iron, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge and all soap/ washing up liquid and toiletries were included as well. There was also a spar supermarket right next door which was so handy for food to make in the kitchen. The solarium on the 9th floor was a lovely surprise. The view was amazing. There is also a tram stop 5 minutes away that takes you all up and down the Santa Cruz area, and only €1.35 for a one way trip - absolute bargain!

There were workmen on the solarium constantly drilling whilst I was up there. And when that stopped, you could hear the staff /maintenance people instead. Also, there was a church or music building outside our apartment and the repetitive singing got very annoying every night. There are steps into the reception area so those with heavy luggage /pushchairs beware. Once up the steps though, there are 2 working lifts to the apartments

The modern options of access (instead of a card/key). The solarium/pool that has an amazing view of the city and mountains. Good service for replacing a broken facility. The modern look and the amount of space in the room. I would definitely recommend it.

There was a lamp not working. The shower glass divider was allowing water to leak out of the shower. There were also some things missing in the kitchen: bowls and a plastic spatula to protect the teflon pans.

We owned a whole, large apartment. There are plenty of space, enough lights, various utensils. The bed is comfortable. Things are neat and clean. The host/reception was very friendly and willing to provide supports.

We could hear the sound from another apartment/room on the same floor clearly around 10pm. While the good thing was that it lasted less than 5 mins. We thought it might just happen to be a group of people just checked in and were super happy about the room like us :)
