The staff was very pleasant and helpfull. On our last day, we had an inconvenence with transportation, so the lady at the front desk even extended our stay by an hour free of charge, so we could have our coffee, and still have time to pack up.

The location was really far from all main tourist attractions and the city centre, so it took us about an hour each way using public transport. Another thing that bothered me is that they don’t have toilet brushes in any of the rooms, or even the whole facility, which I found out when I went down to the reception desk to ask for it, and the kind man explained it to me.

Spacious room, good bed, clean bathroom, good breakfast (including salmon some days), everything we needed. I liked coffee machine and mini bar fridge in the room. Location is in relatively quiet area, access to city main attractions is not the best by public transport, but is manageable. In nation wide blackout that happened during our stay, at least lobby had electricity from generator, so where was a place to recharge mobile phones.

The door to the room did not isolate noise from hallway enough. It was disturbing when somebody passed by the room and talked at night, Luckily it was not too often. I would like better selection of (cut) vegetables on breakfast. There were only a few whole tomatoes that seemed not washed. Coffee machines capacity in breakfast room could be better, lines were forming. Only 2 capsule for coffee machine and tee bags in the room and were not refiled after use during our stay (5 nights).

I LOVED the fact that they had food and water bowls for our dog; not only that but a poop bag dispenser and a bone treat! I thought that was great. My husband also tried the breakfast and thought it was very good. We stayed at the hotel to be with relatives for Christmas. It was very appealing aesthetically and emotionally satisfying to see the hotel decorated for the holidays. Decor DOES make a difference.

The only thing that I felt should have been in the room was a coffee maker to make coffee or tea and a microwave. These are commonly provided in many U.S. hotels, but maybe that's not the custom. A safety observation: The bathtub/shower floor was slippery and I had to hang to safety bars to step outside. I'm middle-aged and I could definitely see a senior citizen having trouble. Also, the metal knob to switch the shower from bathtub to the shower hand-held sprayer was hard for me to pull up. In fact, I had to call the reception desk because I didn't know what to do with the gosh-darned thing!

Lots of free parking places outside. Breakfast is good including fresh orange juice and decent coffee. Room was clean and warm (in January). Bed was just alright.

Hotel facade pictures are inaccurate in the listing, need to be fixed. The room had signs of time, for example the floor (laminate) was a bit worn out. But at the same time everything was clean. There were very short problems with cold water at night, we experienced outage for around 15 minutes, after that everything was alright, hope it was just a little accident or something went wrong with water pressure for a few moments.

The hotel was realy beautiful. The room has everything you need. Breakfast was amazing. It was all you can eat buffet and it had everythnig. The staff was really nice. They helped us with everything we needed and they also gave us some tips for the public transport and locations in the city.

We had really thin blankets and some night we were cold. The hotel is pretty far away from the city centre but there are many buses near the hotel that you can take so it wasn’t that bad.

The hotel is modern and very nice. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious as well. The room and bathroom were clean, but I did notice they made the beds in the morning but didn't really clean the room, not that it was dirty but just little details like hair on the floor, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very good experience for a very reasonable price.

There is a bus nearby, 5 min walk. However, getting to Plaça de Catalunya, for example, took an hour. It's doable, but it should be taken into consideration when planning your activities. For reference, an Uber from Paseo de Gracia was 20euros and to the airport 19.33. The taxi from the bus station to the hotel was 21.

I arrived a bit earlier than the normal check in hour and I was pleasantly surprised to have a room ready for me, the member of the staff who helped me settle in was really friendly and hospitable, explained everything to me and answered my questions politely The room was fresh and clean, the bed was comfortable and it was really quiet at night. Breakfast was really nice too!

The room got a bit cold at night and didn't manage to change the temperature, but it might just be my preference!

It was a clean and decent sized room. There was daily housekeeping and a mini fridge. Although it was a bit far from the city it was only a short walk to the bus or tram stops which take you to the metro to get into the city. They supply you with some complimentary toiletries which is a great touch.

It took about an hour to get into the city. The aircon didn’t work during our stay and when it was on full air and full cold settings it was still blowing hot air which means we were extremely hot overnight and were very uncomfortable.

The staff was kind. The cleaning was good. The price was way better than a hotel in Barcelona.

The location - a bit far from everything. But in a nice neighborhood. The rooms are a little old and basic. No kettle. However we were given hot water in our thermos every time we asked for it at the reception. Our room was in front of the elevator and the view was a highway 🫤 but on the other side the view is better....

Clean as it should be. Great receptionist when we arrived. Pro, fast and very nice, giving tips..

The breakfast is horrendous. Poor quality for everything. Choice is ok but everything is of poor quality from Danish to juices to eggs. I’d be happy to pay 20 euro instead of 15 for a much better experience. Like Ibis standard for example
