We liked the way breakfast was arranged. You buy what you eat, so basically "a la carte" breakfast. For us that meant 1 croissant, 2 chocolate croissants, a tea, a coffee and two apple juice. The coffee was very good and the croissants where big and tasty. Eventuelly we paid alot less then for a buffet breakfast for two adults and two kids, no food was wasted and the quality of the breakfast was better then many buffet breakfasts we had.

The staff, they made this hotel what it is, a super clean, high quality service and dedicated to your enjoyment. The food was beyond expectation, well presented and superbly cooked, the waitress kindly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble, the wine generously served, the beer and the GnT cold. I can only give this place 10/10. It made my trip to the uk from Alicante a pleasurable experience. The jacuzzi bath, the junior suite, the fridge in the room, the large comfortable bed, the sound proofing, all first class.

What didn’t I like, mmmmm absolutely nothing…

Amenities. The hotel offers free bottles of waters and the room has an espresso machine. Even though the coffee capsules had not been replaced after our first night (no coffee on second night) it was kind of a good surprise.

I came back from a city walk and my room had the door open left by cleaning staff. Open, not just unlocked, but completely open. I honestly felt not safe there because anyone could have entered the room with my personal belongings inside.

Friendly staff, easy to find and nice clean room. We weren't there for lunch or dinner, but he restaurant seemed nice.

The parking in the garage was not free, and the lot was blocked off since we arrived later in the evening and we had to park down the street in a separate business lot. Also, there was no way to have privacy in the bathroom- the shower was full glass, right up against the bed with blinds that didn't really offer privacy. I had to stay turned the whole time my adult son was showering. The toilet was also visible the same way. It made for uncomfortable situations.

This is a luxury hotel on the outskirts of Girona. There is limited parking outside the hotel. The staff were friendly and the check in efficient. The rooms were super luxurious and the ensuite bathrooms lovely. The showers worked well and the water was warm. We ate in the hotel restaurant where the food was delicious and the staff made every effort to explain things to us. The next morning the staff came in super early so that we could have breakfast before we left for an early plane/train.

The lift was out of order. Luckily they had a fit member of staff who carried the bags up stairs.

Perfect location, very close to the motorway! We arrived late after midnight, the staff was helpful and made the self check-in procedure very easy to follow. The room was large, clean and comfortable! The hotel has free parking on site and underground parking.

Nice hotel for a stop-over when traveling by car. Not far away from the motorway. Parking outside is available and free of charge. The garage (difficult access because it is rather small) is available for an extra fee.

Although I checked before through the Internet if the restaurant is open there was no food availabe (it was a sunday)

Reception was ok but on my way to the elevator with my luggage was accosted by a staff member who wanted to know where the hell I thought I was going. Rude and unpleasant.

Staff excellent, rooms impeccably clean and well appointed, superb restaurant, free parking.

Corridor lighting is movement generated but stays on only for seconds with the result that I had to open my room in darkness! Breakfast is rather limited.

We stayed for 2 nights and we needed a hotel outside of the city. This one totally met our expectations! The staff is amazing, the beds are super comfortable, and the room was really clean. Nice experience!
