The hotel is maybe a 10 minute walk (if that) from the centre of Girona old town - very convenient. My room was a small single, good air con, comfortabe bed, with a fridge, so that I could buy in some breakfast and eat it in the communal area on the first floor. I was in Girona for the cycling, and my bike was kept very secure in a designated storage area. The staff were very friendly, spoke excellent English, and were always happy to help. Thank you.

One issue for me, which I appreciate is probably small depending on how you look at it, and difficult for the staff to legislate against, was that even though it was a non-smoking hotel, some guests still chose to smoke in their rooms and because of the design of where I was in the building, the smoke drifted down a kind of open interior balcony area to my balcony and my room. If you were on a different side of the building perhaps it wouldn't be an issue.

Friendly and helpful staff on the front desk. Clean and spacious room that was simply decorated in a modern style. There was very little noise from other guests.

Another side table for the second bed would have been useful, and there wasn't really enough storage space for clothes (we were staying for 8 nights). We booked a premium twin room, with a sofa and balcony, but were initially put into a room that didn't have these facilities. This was quickly rectified, and we were moved into the right room. But I don't think the first room should have been classified as premium, when it didn't have the same facilities.

We found all staff to be beyond helpful, the rooms comfortable. We had two rooms, we asked for double beds. The AC worked well, as it had been very hot outside. The rooms were both lovely. We had an excellent experience with receptionist, Flori! She was helpful, friendly, accommodating to our requests for information about town. We had left a reading device in one room. It was found and then as we needed it to be sent by mail, they were most helpful, returning it to us! We so appreciated the extra help!

The elevator was only for 2 people, small luggage, but it was there! Parking was a few blocks away. It would be nice to have it closer.

All the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful! The hotel itself is very conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk to the train station and also very close to the old town, which is absolutely gorgeous. The room was very clean and well kept, and a big bonus is that the staff refills the big glass water bottle in the room for free, no need to buy fresh water from the store. There is no in-house breakfast, but the hotel has an agreement with a nearby bakery which serves a delicious breakfast menu to a reasonable cost. There is also free wifi.

We got a huge room with a very spacious bathroom - most hotel rooms are the exact opposite, so it was a nice surprise. The receptionists was super friendly. There is an electric kettle in the room with some tea and instant coffee and a coffee machine in the common kitchen and dining area, the coffee was great. The hotel is located right in the city centre so you can easily walk to all the sigths.

Girona is a busy city so parking can be a challenge. However, we found a spot in a car park right behind the hotel for 2.40 euro for 24 hours!

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. It was a nice touch to have a steamer, hairdryer and bottle of water there. The hotel was 2 minutes from cafes for breakfast. It was also right between the shops in one area and the old town was 5-10 minutes walk away. Sunday evening is quiet for restaurants. We asked the receptionist for a recommendation. She suggested La Miranda which was excellent. They were extremely helpful for taxis etc.

Slightly strange message after asking where the water bottle was.

The hotel is clean, has all the basic amenities and is 1 km away from the historic center. It has a lounge area with dining tables and cutlery in case you order-in food. The staff was friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to Alexander who re-filled our water bottle multiple times. We read that the tap water in Girona is not the best, so should be avoided. So we asked Alexander for water via the filtration system in the hotel kitchen. It was a blessing.

Rooms were a bit small and cramped

For the price this accommodation is outstanding. Excellently positioned just on the outskirts of the old town. Perfect for a short trip. Mattress was on the harder end of the scale, which was to my liking. Rooms have aircon and a fridge, which is very helpful. Free coffee and croissants at breakfast in the lounge. A lovely bonus. Staff were excellent, even checking us in early. Free bag storage is available either side of your stay. Brilliant and would happily stay again.

To be picky, the hotel entrance is small with a small elevator. Decor is a little outdated but clean and practical. Our particular room was at the rear with no view - but was a very good size and had a balcony to the inner courtyard.

Great location in the center of town, close to Railway station and to the Old City. Big and clean room for the reasonable price.

Hostess lady did not let our frends help us to carry our baggage to our room because they are not guests of the hotel. Also she asked me number of my credit card and it's expiration date in case if we would broke something in the room. I do not travel much but it was the first time hotel asks from me these sensitive information. I find this very odd... Poor soundprooving.

- The location was very convenient, close to everything. - The room was spacious and had everything we need. - The AC was good and working well.

- The reception was small and has no AC, but it wasn't really a problem. - There was no safe in the room but there were lockers on the 1st floor. So, it was a bit inconvenient to store the things that we need to keep safe.
