The property is basic travel which is reflected in the price. The rooms are very clean, bed comfortable and the air con excellent. There are two very good outdoor spaces a terrace and an outdoor ground floor area. The location is amazing and staff brilliant. There is a kitchen which is a good space for chats and has all you need. The crowd is mainly backpackers not a lot of noise which is great. It's great value for money given it's so close to the old town and the train station

The rooms are not sound proof so if you don't like being woken up by next doors shower it's not great. But if you rise early it's fine.

The location is excellent, everything is accessible on foot. Friendly staff, English speakers.The bed was comfortable. I used the kitchen only for making my own morning coffee (coffee machines available in the corridor), but I saw people had complete meals there. Low budget room with the best value for money.

Even though I booked a room with a terrace, I didn't get it, but one whose window overlooks the atrium of the building, which means less light and air, and lowered blinds because everyone could see me from the corridor. I didn't even have a table in the room, as I can see now in the photos. I didn't complain because I didn't want to deal with it during my stay in Spain, but next time I would because I can see from the photos that my stay in the accommodation would be much more pleasant.

Great location for what I visited Girona for. Centrally located, easy access to the old town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was fine for what I wanted. Private room, private bathroom and air conditioned. Basic facilities but I was travelling alone and wasn't intending to spend much time in the room so it met my needs.

Other guests being quite inconsiderate playing loud music (it wasn't late at night) but the sound travelled around the corridors. I didn't complain to the accommodation so I can't answer as to whether they would have dealt with it.

Good location just a few minutes walk from the main city centre. Girona is a lovely city; compact and easy to find your way around. The uni accommodation is great value and would benefit from having chairs and a table on the balcony as this would have made it easier to sit outside while we were there.

Very close to the best sights. 10 min walk from Old Town (which is beautiful). 30 min train distance from Barcelona. You can also take a bus to Costa Brava which is also Amazing! The place was clean, strong Internet connection (we worked from there). Well equipped shared kitchen. Large supermarket 2 min away and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants close by. We highly recommend!

Good place for spending a night or two. The rooms are small but they have a nice large terrace looking towards the courtyard. We were able to store our bikes safely in the luggage storage room. It’s also good that we had access to a kitchen and we appreciated the waste sorting system available.

We would have preferred a double bed, but we understand this is a student housing where two separate beds make more sense

This is my second visit as I also stayed here for a few days last year. Great location within 5 minutes walk of the train station and old town. Can easily get to Barcelona and Figueres by train. Excellent value for the money you pay. Great staff, like having a communal kitchen and clean rooms. Would recommend this!

Highly recommended! Excellent value! Great location in walking distance of the train station. I went to Barcelona and Figueres to see the Dali exhibition. Also in walking distance of the historic old town, nice restaurants and biggest park. Supermarket and the market are close by. Rooms are well equipped and clean communal kitchen with 2 large fridges to put things in. Also drinks machines. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a good location. Not far from the historic areas. There are supermarkets and cafes nearby. The Mercat is also very close. There is air conditioning in the room, which I did not expect.

There isn't much to complain about. The furnishings are basic, but it's what I expected. The kitchen didn't have a wine opener which was inconvenient, but really not a big deal.

Great place to stay in summer whilst the students are on holidays. Unbeatable value. Has almost everything you need and in a great location. All staff are no fuss, practical, efficient and very good at what they do. “Alabama” on the front desk looked after everything I needed with total proficiency and a warm smile - she is an asset to the property . Shared kitchen desperately needs a kettle to boil water. It has everything else.
