Friendly and helpful staff on the front desk. Clean and spacious room that was simply decorated in a modern style. There was very little noise from other guests.

Another side table for the second bed would have been useful, and there wasn't really enough storage space for clothes (we were staying for 8 nights). We booked a premium twin room, with a sofa and balcony, but were initially put into a room that didn't have these facilities. This was quickly rectified, and we were moved into the right room. But I don't think the first room should have been classified as premium, when it didn't have the same facilities.

We got a huge room with a very spacious bathroom - most hotel rooms are the exact opposite, so it was a nice surprise. The receptionists was super friendly. There is an electric kettle in the room with some tea and instant coffee and a coffee machine in the common kitchen and dining area, the coffee was great. The hotel is located right in the city centre so you can easily walk to all the sigths.

Girona is a busy city so parking can be a challenge. However, we found a spot in a car park right behind the hotel for 2.40 euro for 24 hours!

For the price this accommodation is outstanding. Excellently positioned just on the outskirts of the old town. Perfect for a short trip. Mattress was on the harder end of the scale, which was to my liking. Rooms have aircon and a fridge, which is very helpful. Free coffee and croissants at breakfast in the lounge. A lovely bonus. Staff were excellent, even checking us in early. Free bag storage is available either side of your stay. Brilliant and would happily stay again.

To be picky, the hotel entrance is small with a small elevator. Decor is a little outdated but clean and practical. Our particular room was at the rear with no view - but was a very good size and had a balcony to the inner courtyard.

Great location in the center of town, close to Railway station and to the Old City. Big and clean room for the reasonable price.

Hostess lady did not let our frends help us to carry our baggage to our room because they are not guests of the hotel. Also she asked me number of my credit card and it's expiration date in case if we would broke something in the room. I do not travel much but it was the first time hotel asks from me these sensitive information. I find this very odd... Poor soundprooving.

The staff were very friendly

There was a miscommunication between staff members regarding the possibility to keep the bikes in the bed rooms. I was told by phone and by message that it was possible to keep the bike inside the bedroom but upon arrival we were told that it was not possible so i had to show the message to show them that I was told otherwise. Although the hotel had a special room for bikes we didnt feel comfortable leaving our bikes there as it seemed very small and there were several bikes to put there so we didnt want to take the risk to have our bikes damaged by people moving bikes and stuff

Very slow check in. No place to park in front of hotel on busy boulevard. The gate of parking did not open when we left. So had to walk back to hotel and Somebody had to come with us to open gate. Charge a deposit of 100€ at arrival and do not reimburse at check out but later. Not use of that in hotel…

A great hotel for exploring the charming city of Girona. Well located near the old town, but only 5 mins from the main train and bus transport hub. Staff v friendly. We had an evening return flight and were able to leave our luggage in a locked space after checking out, meaning we could enjoy a full day in Girona without having to worry about our luggage which we then collected before walking to the bus station (5 mins) and getting a bus to the airport (circa 30 mins, Euro 2.75 each). Following a few days in Barcelona, we stayed overnight in Girona as flights back to UK were significantly cheaper than from Barcelona (and the airport is much smaller and hassle free). Girona is a great city in its own right and worth visiting

Nice small apartment, clean. our room had a sink inside, shower and toilet had half transparent doors, so if you are not that close to each other and embarrassed - you will find it not comfortable. We used a parking slots of the hotel for 19eur, receptionist will give you a key (if slots are free)

Basic room but all we needed for a nights stay. Comfy and clean. Location to old town was good for walking but also fairly close to the train/bus station which was ideal for us. Staff were very friendly and also let us leave our bags in storage the next morning after we checked out as we didn’t need to get the train until the afternoon. Decent price for one night compared to lots of other places.

We had everything we needed. So great to find a triple room for me and my adult daughters. Beds were comfy. Kettle and tea bags provided, and a glass bottle of water by the bed. Plenty hooks and a stool to put things on in the bathroom, which was great. Aircon was necessary and was very quiet too. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and booked us a taxi for the morning we left.
