Great location between the train station and the old town. Clean and nice neutral decor. Great powerful shower. Good security system for guests.

Room a bit small but ok for 1 or 2 nights. Lighting very dim in the bedroom. Clothes hangers difficult to use as completely unremovable from rail so had to stretch clothes over them at height. Very warm in our room even though the air conditioning was obviously on in the hallway just outside. Had to keep leaving our room door open to try to cool down the room. When we asked about air conditioning we were told that it's not the summer season yet so it wouldn't be switched on. It was unseasonably warm (23-25) during our stay. It's a shame an exception couldn't be made.

I liked everything. I booked a 1person room which exceeded expectations. It was clean, the room was nice and cool when I arrived, the bed was super comfortable. The location is great, both for public transport (walking distance to the train station) and the old town. Coffee and tea are provided in the room, and in addition there is a shared space on the first floor with water, microwave and plenty of seating. Also good and secure luggage storage.

I did not mind it much, but no reception in the morning until 14h, so after checkout. There is a phone number availabke for questions but human interaction is always easier :-)

The room exceeded my expectation - it was small but it had everything - bathroom with shower, toilet, the sink was in the room, TV, bottle of water for free, tea & coffee facilities, kettle, iron, mini fridge. The only negative thing for me personally was a single bed - I just do not used to sleep on a tiny single bed, though it was comfortable, but too narrow (I am slim 163 cm, 53 kg). Otherwise perfect hotel, would definitely recommend it. It was exceptionally clean, not only the room, but also the corridors, lovely, I was very impressed.

Conveniently located close to the railway and bus station, 15 minutes walk. There are many places nearby where you can have breakfast and lunch. The rooms are small, but very clean and are great for 1-2 nights. There is a comfortable lounge area and a place to store luggage. We waited there comfortably for about an hour after checking out at 12:00, since we had a gap of time before the bus to the airport.

I didn't understand the person at the reception very well because of his strong accent and fast speech. Just a request to speak more slowly 😇 Or maybe I should improve my English 😜

Perfect location

We were given a code to get in the front door if reception was unmanned. After check out we used the locker facilities as suggested by the man on reception for approx 1 hour until it was time to leave. Unfortunately the code did not work when we tried to regain access to collect our luggage. It was only because someone was leaving that we could get back in to retrieve our luggage. Had a small panic. Was this an over sight? I appreciate the code ends when the room is vacated but how does this work when gaining access to the luggage with same code??

Nice simple design, comfortable bed, small room perfect for a short stay. Also very handy is that they have lockers you can use for your luggage storage until the end of the day after you check out.

The soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower was not mounted properly making it really difficult to get anything out. They also have notes pointing out the water shortage in spain and to not use unnecessary water (which I completely agree with), but is difficult to do if the soap does not come out and you spend a minute getting enough shampoo and conditioner out… But other than that no negative things!!

Very good location, spotlessly clean room, easy access to town centre and not far from historic part.

We arrived early and needed to drop luggage off. Hotel is totally unmanned until 2 pm and we only gained access by waiting for someone to leave and open the front door. Had to leave luggage in reception. We suffered a fire alarm at 3.00 am. Could well have been someone smoking in their room so not the hotels fault. Staff somewhat understandably were unable to resolve matters other than turn the alarm or siren off. The rest of the night on the 6th floor with a non working fire alarm was disconcerting.

Everything. It is very well located, near bakeries, shops, an excellent market (Mercat De Lleo). 10/10 in walkability to many points of interest. The staff, they are so friendly and helpful. Very attentive to any needs we had. We stayed for 2 weeks and our room was comfortable, bright, always kept clean and stocked with all the essentials. What I loved about this BYPILLOW property is the common room, plenty of seating space and they had coffee/tea setup and a microwave. The microwave came in handy!

Great Location. A code was provided to enter the building as we arrived before check-in. The storage lockers for luggage was perfect for our early arrival. A glass water bottle is provided for the room that can be refilled at reception or in the common kitchen/locker area. Loved Casa Cacao for chocolates and we had a great meal at Casa Flora. Delicious crepes and coffee at Vasarely Centre. A/C worked great. Modern bathroom.

Everything was great.

I liked the location. It was a close to everything and had anything I could think of nearby! The faculty were nice and helpful if there was anything I needed. The room was nice and cozy and the perfect size for a solo traveler.

With it being small, the shower was also a little too small. I’m a petite person and it was still a very snug shower. The cleaning services were great, the only thing I would recommend are tissue boxes in the room.
