The hotel and rooms are beautiful.

The staff weren’t helpful - we asked for assistance booking taxis and they kept saying it wasn’t possible and to go to the taxi rank and wait (even though there weren’t taxis there). For a reasonable sized hotel a 30 min walk from the centre of Seville there should be an ability to arrange taxis. The service at the cafe was also very poor - to the extent we walked away twice after waiting to be served and the server allowing others to jump the queue or ignoring us. I was conscious the location wasn’t central Seville but traded this off for the quality of hotel. However in future I’d look to book a property more central.

The staff and concierge were extremely helpful. I booked a whole day of activities for my partners birthday through concierge remotely. The whole hotel smells divine. The Christmas decorations added a beautiful touch to the hotel. The locality of the hotel to the bars and restaurants were great. The hotel staff added a beautiful touch for my partners birthday.

The only thing I didn’t like was it took ages for our suitcase to come up as we arrived which is not even a big problem.

Everything about the hotel was superb, including the beautiful rooms, amazing breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. So glad we chose to stay here!

The hotel was a 20 to 25 minute walk from the main tourist attractions.

We booked this in advance for my boyfriend's and my five-year anniversary, which I mentioned to the hotel prior to our arrival. Unfortunately, there were no special touches or details in our room when we arrived. Additionally, despite booking well for a room with a balcony, we were placed on the 9th floor in a standard deluxe room without one however the room was cleaned everyday, very comfy bed and the shower was great. Apart from this, our stay was lovely. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The onsite bakery was a delightful addition, and I loved the complimentary drink and sweet bar cart in the reception area. The pool and deck area were well-decorated, but unfortunately, it rained, and the pool was not heated, so we couldn't use it in the cool temperatures. The hotel is a 10-20 minute walk into the city and is directly opposite the Mercadona, which is convenient if you're traveling by train afterward, as the hotel is near the Santa Justa Train station—ideal for our trip to Malaga. Overall, I would stay again. It was a lovely experience.

Not acknowledging our special occasion and giving us the wrong room.

The hotel was amazing, with a wonderful atmosphere and a very modern and stylish design. A luxurious welcome amenity awaited upon arrival. Elena provided excellent service during check-in. The pillow menu, luxurious breakfast, spacious bathroom and the good in-house restaurant were all highlights. Hotel also reflected on all our preferences with room allocation and changed welcome amenity for non-alcoholic alternative when asked.

The quality of service and food at the restaurant varied considerably. We had a wonderful experience on Friday evening; the cocoa sponge with caramelized nuts and spicy chocolate was exceptional. We chose to dine there again the following night, but the service and food quality were significantly disappointing. The dessert was not as good as the previous day. Other diners nearby expressed similar concerns. Additionally, after our dessert was served, we waited over 30 minutes without anyone attending to our table. Finally, upon checkout, Elena did not inquire about our experience and failed to provide an emailed or printed invoice, even upon request. Location of the hotel is also bit far from city center and public transporation is not going to get you anywhere in Seville.

The room we stayed in was excellent - it was our wedding weekend, and it was very spacious and allowed us plenty of space to get ready with the bridesmaids. The hotel also left us a card and a bottle of Cava to celebrate on our wedding night! The breakfast is one of the best breakfast buffets I have seen, and had a wide selection of everything. The coffee barista also offered lots of options, and the presentation was always excellent

The staff at reception were either very welcoming and friendly or very unfriendly. We asked if they had scissors we could borrow and they gave us a very sharp NO and hinted that we should leave them alone.

This was my 2nd stay here, and it did not disappoint. The rooms are immaculate, the lounge areas are very comfortable and welcoming, but the staff are the ones that make the stay what it is, all are very welcoming, polite, engaging and super informative. Its close to Santa Justa train station, a 15 minute drive from the airport, and a 15-20 min bus or 30 min walk from the Plaza De Espana and central areas, so it is very well-located for a trip to Seville that may also include trips to outside Seville such as Cordoba, Granada or Cadiz.

I really wanted to have an extended check-out beyond the already generous offering, and was happy to pay for it too, but circumstances were such that this wasn't possible, so if you do want to stay a few more hours extra, and are happy to pay the fee, do make the plans earlier rather than on the day like I tried to as you may end up not being able to get it..

We liked just everything about this hotel! I think it was one of the best ones we stayed at so far. Great interior design, great atmosphere, great personal, great food, great drinks, we cannot say anything negative. The 24h maintenance (we had a little incidence with the TV at almost 00.00) is a great feature. They serve every day two bottle of water in the room (part of the housekeeping). They provide cozy bathrobes. There are plenty pillows and still there are more to chose from (they have a complete pillow menu) 24h room service and Breakfast service (didn't try out but was very intrigued). The breakfast buffet was awesome and never had such a good service and food. Fresh fruit. A coffee bar with all varieties of coffee. Fresh egg in all way (fried, scrambled and/or omelette) cooked Infront of you. A great variety of breads and sweet pastries. I still dream about this buffet. Again - we cannot say really anything negative about the hotel. Staff was over the moon friendly and helpful in any moment. Cannot recommend enough this hotel!!

Two smaller things what could be improved. There was not so much wardrobe space, and we did not have much clothes with us as we stayed only 3 nights. People with more clothes or longer stay, would end up short with storage space (we have booked a normal room). Second, the Aircon heating was too hot. We stopped it but I had the feeling it started alone. The window was not easy to open. But all these are minor compared to all the beautiful things at the hotel.

The room was good, comfortable huge double bed, lovely bathroom - all very clean and well maintained. I can't fault it. I also liked the fact that it was quiet. Last year we stayed in the front of the hotel which was noisier (but still nice!) It's walkable to the centre, but not right in the centre, so take your walking shoes. Taxis are quick and not expensive.

What could have been better is some sort of time system for the pool. During our stay there was a select bunch people who took up the entire pool area for themselves for the whole day. It would be good to have a system where you have a 2 hour slot for example. We tried time and again over our 3 day stay to sit by the pool but there was a massive group of visitors who dominated the area and treated it like it was their own private pool! This was disappointing.

We loved this place! The overall interior and the rooms were very nice and cleaned daily. Comfortable beds and spacious showers. The food at the (pool)bar, restaurant and bakery are tasty. Employees were helpful and kind. Most spots we visited took only a 20-minute walk. During the national black out of April 28th, they went the extra mile. Set up a temporary charging station for phones, cooked any hot meal they could in a dark kitchen and made sure any purchase could be charged to our creditcards even though their systems were unavailable.

The pool area is small. Not enough chairs/beds available for the number of guests.
