We chose an economy twin to save our budget. The room was accurately advertised; we enjoyed our one night stay. The best feature was the new A/C unit which in Winter mode warmed the room quickly and efficiently. The hotel is located in a quiet residential street with neighbourhood shops and restaurants at local ( not tourist inflated ) prices. There are convenient bus routes nearby to go sightseeing and to return to the airport using bus 28 and EA Airport shuttle. We walked to main pick up point for the EA service at Santa Justa railway station. We purchased an evening snack meal from nearby Malvon Argentinian empanada shop and ate in the open plan reception/dining area.

We received an email before our stay, both directly and within the Booking.com App asking for payment via a link to avoid room cancellation. THIS IS A SCAM. After mistakenly attempting to make the payment, I called the hotel who advised it was a false request. The hotel then confirmed, via the App, that no payment requested was necessary. It has been impossible to report this to Booking.com

Modern hotel about 10 minutes walk from the Santa Justa Railway station. Good location, comfortable bed, welcoming and helpful staff,toiletries (not all hotels have these now) spacious room as we had two large bags which the room accommodated. I liked that there is a 1.00pm check in time and 12midday check out, we had a very early start that day, so getting into our hotel room at 1pm was a bonus. The value of being close to the Santa Justa Railway Station is the airport bus stops at the station. We had a flight we had to catch so walked to the station with our bags and caught the airport buis from there. There are a number of eating places nearby, a pharmacy and a good supermarket, (just across from the railway station) Overall I think this hotel was good value for money and would stay there again if in Seville

Good location, 3-5 minutes near the train station and bus station (from airport- EA). Parking place for those who came with a car. Comfty beds, nice room, minibar, AC. Good and tasty breakfast, natural drinks and delicious sweeties. Wifi signal was good and without interuptions. Swimming pool at location for cool off. Kindly staff at reception and buffet.

Many times per night the doors from the others rooms were slammed hard... but this is about the common sense of the guests... no penalty for the hotel.

Convienient walking distance from Santa Justa station. So pretty garden and a pool hidden behind the walls! We were ahead of the shcedule, but we got so good service and our room was ready before check-in time. Very silent neighbourhood and air-conditioner. We got a good sleep on a very comfy beds. The room was really clean. A fridge was a nice surprise. No need to go city centrum for dinner because thre are good, local restaurants nearby. I definetly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location about a ten minute walk from the station leaving by the Kansas City exit and following the signs. Lovely reception girls who showed us on the map where to get the bus to the tourist area, number 21 bus on the bridge outside the main station entrance, same side as station. One euro forty cents and get off at the Bike Hire and walk through the park. For return journey bus stop just opposite bike hire. Our room was lovely, spotlessly clean. Super comfy bed Excellent shower Fridge in room a lovely bonus Loved our short stay here and loved Sevilla too! Supermarket and other shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Monteolivos! The pool was great and so welcoming when the temperatures were 40 degrees. The hotel is ideally placed if you arrive or leave by train, and is at walking distance from the stadium which has a shopping center and cinema, and the line 1 tram which takes you to the centre and all places of interest.

The smart TV outsmarted me and I couldn't use it, but that is really only a little detail.

As someone who wanted to stay near the train station, I found this to be a perfect location! Just like a 7-minute walk. This hotel gives a bit of elegance for the reasonable price. The staff was super friendly and everything was nice and clean.

While it is close to the train station, it isn't close enough to walk to the city. The bus station/tram station wasn't that bad of a walk, but if you prefer to be right in the city this might not be for you. Otherwise, no actual complaints about the facilities and staff.

Good sized rooms with comfy beds and good sized bathroom. Close to public transport. The pool was great to cool off in after a hot day of sight seeing. Breakfast was pretty good value at €12.50 per person with a reasonable selection of food, including hot and cold and fresh fruit.

The air conditioner struggled a bit in the heat. We could have used a bit more wardrobe space and some storage in the bathroom. Bedside tables are tiny!

Recently modernised the hotel sits in a quiet location , The room was light and airy and the fridge was stocked with bottles of water and immaculately cleaned every day. The bed was very comfortable. We didn't book breakfast but there was a complimentary beverage machine and a vending machine on site, and just outside was the pool with an outdoor sunbathing area which was very refreshing after a walk back from Seville it was a short walk to local shops and cafes at the bottom of the street (where we found a particularity good coffee and cake shop ) There is also a large supermarket in the other direction and where you can find the local bus to Seville. The hotel reception staff were helpful and friendly I would use this hotel again,

We had an issue with the air conditioning on the first night, and it turned out to need a reset of the controller , which as it was late had to wait until the next day, however the receptionist was very apologetic and followed this up to resolution and it worked fine for the rest of the time. Maybe better instructions on its use.

This hotel is a six minute walk from the train station. I liked the fact that there were several nice cafes and restaurants at the end of the block. We went to a very nice Italian restaurant for dinner a few blocks away. After check in, we took an uber to Centro and walked back to the hotel. I also liked the lovely back yard. We did not use the pool (too cold) - but it was nice to sit out and enjoy the afternoon. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

It would be nice to have a kettle to boil water for tea in the room. That said, the woman in the cafeteria let me take cups with hot water back to the room.
