The reception guy was a star!! very pleasant and accommodating. We were grateful that he let us keep our luggage after checkout, and then let us use the space to make prayer before leaving for the train station. That was a very nice gesture. I regret not asking his name. The place is walkable from the main train station and walkable almost everywhere to the main attractions. Several restaurants (and halal too) just adjacent to the block. The lift was a great help if you have bags. The room was adequate, enough for 2 persons comfortably. They have umbrellas if you need to walk around in rain. That was nice too.
The check out time is 11 am, The only concerns is the bathroom door is frosted glass, make it a little uncomfortable.

We had an appartment divided into two floors (beds upstairs, kitchen/WC/sofa downstairs), independent entrance, absolute privacy and comfort for making meals. Lots of space, cleaning service on personal demand.
Stairs in this appartment might be dangerous for older/clumsy people. Lower floor is very cold as it is below the ground level. It's necessary to have the lights on all the time because the window upstairs is rather of a symbolic value

Really easy to get to from Estacion Santa Justa. The staff were welcoming & from the entrance hall I could see that the Hostal was well-appointed & clean. My room was perfect for my one night stay : clean & comfortable. Via google maps I found loads of eateries nearby (I went to Rincon de Alberto). I particularly liked the openable french windows in my room, the complementary soap & comb, & the lovely tiling in the shower cubicle. Plus I had a very good night's sleep (the hostal is located on a side street).

Good location between the train station and the old city. Right by a couple of good tapas places. Immaculate place. Entrance hallway, elevator, upper hallway, room and bathroom were all spotless. Comfortable bed. Great shower. The room did feel a little bit like a dorm room, except for the great shower. Good Wi-Fi signal. Mostly quiet.
Having no food in your room as a rule is a bit extreme. They left a piece of candy there for me when I arrived, so they broke their own rule! The man at the front desk said it's really a guideline, but the card they give you with the house rules states it as a rule. I suggest they re-word that card and let people know that they should clean up after themselves, if they eat in the room. Charge them extra if they leave a mess. On the other hand the room was really clean! A little bit expensive for the level of hotel.

The room was nice, the beds confortables and the ambiance in general was very quite. The hostal was well placed, 15 minutes walking from downtown.
The water tasted and smelled bleach, very strong. After taking the shower, I could smell bleach all night; even rinsing the mouth after washing my teeth was a awful experience for the bleach taste. I'm not sure if that is a problem for the whole city or just the hostal.

Very clean. Simple, as advertised, yet comfortable and spacious. A secure if convoluted pass-number entry to both the hotel and the room. There is a huge and splendid supermarket 100m away at the far end of the convent garden that can be seen from the front door.
During the Holy Week season the entire city is booked up (and over-priced), so this simple yet comfortable hotel is a few minutes' walk into the old city (and a good bit further from the processions). The advantage is that it's also far quieter than amongst the congested crowds. I would say that the price paid is easily 50% too high in comparison with normal circumstances – but so it seems to be everywhere in this season. We were told that breakfast would be available 10 metres away in the corner café, but the realities of opening hours eluded us: on occasion we needed to walk a few hundred metres to find even a coffee.

Excellent single room for a solo traveller which ensures I don't pay for an invisible guest in a double room, spotlessly clean, enough space, quiet aircon, USB charging points behind the bed was extremely useful, vending machine in the hallway, quiet area.
I can't think of anything except perhaps leaving an extra face soap sachet as mine ran out.

It has a good location with the walkable distance to everything. The room window had good sound isolation from the street. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
Several lamps didn't work in our rooms. The shower room didn't have good ventilation and stayed wet all the time. Due to it our towels couldn't get dry during the whole stay :(. The door to the corridor didn't have sound isolation. So, if anyone left their rooms at 5 AM, you woke up with them.

The room is fully equipped and very modern. Our stay was comfortable. It is within acceptable distance from the old city and all the sites. The staff was very helpful!
The size of the room. While there was really nothing to complain about, the space is however small for 2 people to move around.

Very good stay! Bed comfortable, big shower, the sink is in the room but it’s very useful and gives more space in the bathroom. Very close to train station and 15-20 minutes by walk to city center, lovely area around but very quiet as well. Staff is friendly and helpful
The payment felt a bit suspicious at first because the sent me a link that didn’t work but they managed to solve the problem
