The apartment was super clean, simple and spacious. What I really appreciated was the fact I was only 3 mins away from the metro station and 1 min away from the bus stop. It was very easy to travel around the main city centre area and I managed to do all the main sightseeing of the city in four nights. Affordable price for the facilities provided, such as TV, wifi, heating, and other useful essentials. The staff was very helpful, especially Andrea who made the process and check in simple.

I would only say that the bed sheets need to be replaced as you can see there are bubbles on the duvet covers, it's not exactly a good look for the apartment. The main door to get into the flat needs to be fixed as you need to play around with the keys to get the door to open, luckily Andrea came to the flat to help me with this. Perhaps key card access might be a better alternative.

We booked a double room at the hostel and they offered us an apartment instead. At first, we were surprised by the change, but we accepted it as it was a long stay. It was really good, the apartment was close to the hostel and it was quite spacious and clean. The location was good, not super central, but still good and everything was easily reachable on public transport or walking.

I would say it was really good for the price, but maybe a bit cold. We've noticed there's no heating in the apartment and apparently this is quite common in south Spain. There were blankets in the wardrobe but I would have preferred a duvet or a little heater. It's true that we were a bit unlucky with the weather so this might not be an issue normally.

Loved everything! So happy we trusted the Booking.com ranking, and went with Hostel San Vicente! Booked way ahead of time, had to ask for one day extension almost last minute, waited patiently, and so lucky that we did get it, plus an upgrade for the whole stay! From how popular the property is, I know that we must have struck the jackpot! The communications were fast, precise, informative, and always warm and personal. The location is so convenient - one can walk everywhere or the bus going into town is a few steps away (we never took, as we walked). And great value!!!

Rooms were spacious and toilet was very clean. Self checkout is simple. Transport and supermarket nearby. Really a good deal for no frills travel. You’d need to bus into the touristy areas but it’s not too far.

I had to request for a hairdryer to be put in my room and went without it the first day, a little unusual as that should normally be in the room already. Perhaps they simply forgot it. No lift so bear that in mind if you have heavy luggage.

This hotel was fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was unwell for part of my stay and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. They were always really friendly and gave the hotel a warm atmosphere. The bathroom and shower were great, the water was always nice and warm. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great, there is a metro stop at the end of the street and it’s only an 8 minute journey into the centre. They also gave us use of a kitchen with a fridge and microwave. Plus the cat is so cute! I will definitely stay again if I ever come back to Seville.

Nothing, it was perfect

The property is in excellent condition. The staff is very helpful. Every effort is obviously made to ensure a comfortable stay. Many extras such as coffee/tea in the room, outside drinks dispenser and a nice patio area. Located in a quiet street within a busy area of the city. This is an area of Seville we like a lot, very alive but away from the usual tourist traps. The historical center is only a short metro ride away.

Smallish room but this is to be expected in this kind of property. The comfort easily makes up for it. So, there is really nothing we didn't like.

Wonderful staff!!!!!! I can’t even begin to tell you how much they helped me. I had a series of unfortunate events and they went way beyond the call of duty! My room was small but clean and cozy.

At first, it seemed pretty far away from the city center. But once I found out how easy it was to get around by public transportation and taxis, I enjoyed being in a real neighborhood.

Excellent location on a quiet street, 20 minutes walk from either Santa Justa or San Bernardo train stations. Excellent price and fantastic staff who were very friendly and helpful. We used this hotel twice over our trip as we were flying in/out of Seville, both times were excellent and exactly what we were looking for (a place to rest our heads and shower). For the price of the room and the late check in (arrived at 0100), it was a very easy process and the staff made sure I had detailed information for how to get in out of hours. Appreciated the clear communication which made the trip easy. Will absolutely use this hotel again in the future when travelling in Seville.

We stayed only for one night but I would definitely spend more time here, it was very pleasant. The room is clean and tidy, we had a private terrace which was a big plus (room Jaén). There is also a common area outside to sit. The hostal is situated in a very nice and peaceful neighbourhood, close to the center. We also met a hostal cat Mino, very sweet.

Didn’t find any disadvantages

Great apartment, clean and comfortable, including the bed! There was everything available very close by. Even Sevillas stadium is just around the corner!

An extra mirror in the bedroom would be useful, but apart from that nothing to dislike!
