Pools were lovely. Nice and spacious

We weren’t made aware that the spa is separate and an additional charge to use the indoor pool, so to be made aware of that at the start of our trip would have been better.

The property was luxurious it was elegant. It was classy. The staff were lovely. It was clean well run. It’s what I expect of a five star hotel and as those of you who read a lot of more reviews know a lot of five star hotels are just not up to the standards anymore. This one is it’s brilliant and this will be the place I will stay any time I am in the area. I had a wonderful week there working and some leisure lovely.

The only thing that would be nice is if there was a little shop to buy a few groceries that they could put somewhere in the hotel but apart from that everything was great

We just stayed at Eurostars Sitges and the experience was absolutely delightful. From the very first moment, there was a clear and consistent attitude across every touchpoint: “we will make it happen for you.” Reception, the first bar, the deli, the restaurants, the pool — every area flowed with presence and care. Special thanks to Xavi and Gisella at the pool, and to Mar, José, and Carlos, who made each lunch not just about good food, but about feeling welcomed, relaxed, and seen. The entire team treated us with generosity and professionalism, without ever losing their warmth. Housekeeping deserves its own mention. The rooms were spotless, perfectly timed, and maintained with such attention to rhythm and detail that we never once had to think about logistics. Everything simply worked. And it worked beautifully. If what you’re looking for is rest, care, and the kind of behind-the-scenes coordination that makes your stay feel smooth and effortless, visit them. This is how hospitality should feel.

The bathtub is a bit dangerous and slippery

The bedroom view, swimming pools, gym, and spa were great -- almost perfect! Remember to bring a pool cap for the spa. The palm trees make the whole scene reallly relaxing. Also it's only a 10min drive from the Sitges train station, which is incredibly convenient. There were a lot of kids who naturally sometimes screamed. This doesn't affect the score for me.

There weren't a ton of food options. You have a 49€ buffet, an 18€ meh sandwich at the bar, or the restaurant. In the future I would only eat at the restaurant, but that might get old after a couple meals. In the room, I didn't love the bathtub and would've preferred a shower.

I did not like that we had to leave

The design and location of the hotel as well as the kind and efficient help provided by staff. Very good fish buffet and bbq on Saturday.

1) Too less personal work at the La Punta restaurant for dinner causing a very slow service which repeated each time we ate at the restaurant during our 10 day stay. During one dinner we even had to wait for 40min until a waiter family gave us the menu and asked us which drinks we’d like to order. 2) Swimming pool is only accessible scrim 10am onwards which is unfortunate for people like me who like to swim prior to breakfast. I can understand that only from 10am a lifeguard is present, would leave the option to guests to quietly swim prior to 10am at own risk.

Hotel was beautifully located with a great view of the ocean. Staff was super helpful and very friendly!! Breakfast buffet was excellent & very well organized! Free parking in the garage of the hotel & concierge always willing to help out with anything. The bedroom was nice size with a balcony, very clean sheets! Pools very well taken care of too & nicely situated. All in all very highly recommended hotel.

Bathroom had no fan to take steam out from shower, so the bathroom became wet after a hot shower & mirrors were foggy.

Second stay as love the location and staff. Special shout out to Brendan the Manager super helpful and efficient. Also to Juan who manages the Pool area a real super star. All staff very kind helpful and willing to make the holiday amazing. We love it so much we are going back in 2026. Very easy to access sitges town centre. The breakfast at the holiday is so good. Brillant selection offered. Absolutely love it there cannot over state how much.

Staying at this hotel is like staying at a Resort on a island, but not leaving Barcelona. You would need a car as it is not close to the city, nevertheless they have a free transfer to the beach every day which you can use to go to the city. the views of the Hotel are very beautiful, you have see views and also city view from the garden. There is almost nothing around the Hotel which makes it very calm and nice. The rooms, beds and facilities are very, very comfortable, which makes it easy to like it and to enjoy. its perfect for romance and for family holidays with kids. They have several swimming pools so its never crowded and also the kids pool is amazing. staff was always available and nice. Breakfast was wonderful....there is nothing missing.

Parking wasn’t an issue as lots of space underground. Room and balcony were a good size with a mini fridge in the room. Views were lovely from the balcony. Made use of the shuttle facilities taking guests to and from the beach.

It was a few kilometres outside of Sitges so you need to either drive or make use of the shuttle facilities which were from 11am-6pm on the hour. Otherwise a taxi/bus ride away. It is still advertised as having Tesla destination chargers but this isn’t the case anymore, the Tesla chargers have been removed. We had to pay for charging our vehicle but it was available. The lounge music at the pool was pretty dire.
