Great location short walk from everywhere.

Let down by the details. Roof pool loungers are old and uncomfortable, need updating. No shade. The lifts are soooo slow, used the stairs as much quicker. Room well equiped but showing age. Wardrobes worn with damage, marks and scratches to walls, damaged bedside table and lamps, and more. Distinct damp smell in the lower ground floors. The exterior of the hotel is looking shabby and needs maintenance, dead plants and rusting fabric...come on, MIM, spend some money on the building as other establishments at this price point are better.

The hotel is in a great location - close to the beach, restaurants and shops but quiet at night. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a huge bed, big shower and separate bath. There was plenty of hanging space and very effective air conditioning. The staff were very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Public areas have a modern feel and everywhere is well maintained. The Sky Bar on the 7th floor has great views and is a great place for cocktails and late night drinks as well as chilling out by the pool during the day

The hot breakfast options were poor and have clearly been pre cooked then just plated in the kitchen to order. Consequently the food was served cold and was unappetising.

the staff are by far the biggest asset to this hotel, everyone was fabulous in particular the receptionist (we didn't get her name but she lived in Oxford for a while) The roof top bar was amazing, great views all around and not too pricey. Super comfortable beds, breakfast was a bit the same every day

Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return however the hotel really could do with a bit of TLC. The door that housed the minibar had a hinge broken so was hanging off, the bedside tables were damaged by condensation from glasses, there were torn bits of wallpaper and the handle to access the shower was broken. Its a shame because it really wouldn't cost much to put this right but obviously the management aren't aware or don't care

I loved the pool area. The staff were excellent. And great location. Good wifi and air con. Hotel has an overall good vibe.

The room needed significant maintenance. Several broken bits of furniture patched with sellotape. Personally, I would prefer a more neutral design in the room. The food menu could be enhanced with more simple options like sandwiches, especially for people using the pool (hotel customers).

Location is great, close to the beach and to all the restaurants and bars. Did not hear any noise from the street (traveling begining of May). The rooftop is quite nice, but was too early in the season to have a dip in the pool

The staff is doing their job well, but certainly not the American or Asian client service. Value for money - we received a room with windows facing the wall of another building with little daylight. For SPA you need to pay extra

Had a lovely time on our honeymoon at the MIM, with our room being upgraded, which was greatly appreciated. Hands down, the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in! Gorgeous roof top pool, reasonably priced drinks, free beach towels every day and a stunning spa with pool, jacuzzi, steam room & sauna.

Only negative was the bathroom cleanliness - lots of mould which hasn’t been cleaned for some time, and our room had many beetles & ants within it.

Super comfy beds, nice staff and gorgeous rooftop bar. The waiters are not always proactive (welcome to Spain) but the atmosphere is nice and relaxing. The SPA area is nice as well.

The rooftop pool could benefit from some deep cleaning and renovation work. And the SPA employees should explain the whole of the SPA facilities for the guests not let them discover it by themselves. Also, just 2 coffee capsules for a 3 night stay is not enough given the price we pay for the room.

It was a nice hotel for a short vacation with friends. The staff was mainly nice and the location is really good, just a few meters walking ton the beach and also only a few meters walking to the bars and restaurants.

The pool does not have many sun beds (only six) so most of the time it is not possible to get a place. Also the staff at the pool was not really encouraged.... often we were just standing at the bar waiting to be served while five people washed the dishes. Also the hotel was definitely too pricy for what it was.

Excellent location. There was some outside noise- kids and dogs, but it did not bother me at all. Water was hot. Shower pressure good. AC Cold. Bed comfortable. Rooftop bar and pool was super fun, but it was so, so hot, we could not stay for long. Very short walk to beach and restaurants. The beach was delightful. The water was perfect. I would have liked an extra towel for the beach. The car elevator was WILD.

The wallpaper in the room was peeling. The hallway floor outside the elevator was stained and the hallway was very dark. Both need to be renovated for the price paid.

We stayed in the Junior Suite; the pictures do not do it justice! Absolutely wonderful. The rooftop bar is also fantastic. Great views, lovely staff. We sat and read books and drank wine and it was really relaxing.

The spa experience isn’t easy - you have to pay separately to use the pool and you have to book a time in, which reduced the flexibility of our day. It would have been nice if the loungers were out on the rooftop.
