The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay, from a smooth check-in to fixing the AC issue in no time. They really took excellent care of us. The location was fantastic, close to everything we needed. Although the hotel is a bit dated, it was very clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the walls are very thin, so it was easy to hear conversations from neighboring rooms. Our room was also next to the cleaning room, which meant there was a lot of noise early in the morning. As someone sensitive to noise, this unfortunately made it hard to get proper rest.

Hotel well located in centre of town. Secure underground parking with large parking bays. The cafeteria bar has a great atmosphere on an evening with locals and visitors enjoying the tapas. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Our room was next to the lift which was noisy and in constant use, making it hard to sleep soundly. The room for breakfast was large but empty and cold with no atmosphere at all.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff - let us check in very early as our bus left very early to get to Soria. Comfy bed, great shower and air com. Supermarket around the corner and great park that is used by everyone. Walk by the river superb.

Lovely classic hotel in a very cental location. Lovely big well appointed room. On site payable parking was a bonus as impossible to find anything else.

Very disappointed that the Restaurant only opens for lunch. The menu del dia looked tasty. We opted to find a restaurant in the centre rather than using the cafeteria for dinner.

The Hotel in Soria was fine for 1 night, our room was comfortable and breakfast was ok, I think this is more of a business hotel than one for tourists.

We had secure parking booked at this hotel, but when we arrived the road in front of the hotel was closed for roadworks, the man on reception told us where we could park locally in a public car park, we were not informed of the situation beforehand, which was a little annoying

The room was large, clean, bright, nice decor, with a good-sized ensuite with an excellent shower. The bed was very comfortable, and the air-conditioning was excellent - very quiet. The location was excellent.

Although there was a large wardrobe, there were no drawers.

Definitely glad we reserved parking as parking could have been a problem. Breakfast good, and value for money. Room was big and very clean.

We found it difficult to find a restaurant serving an evening meal mid week, so an option of a light meal at the hotel would be an asset.

Breakfast was great and the staff very pleasant and helpful. Parking was good. Beds were very comfortable and all the facilities in the room were good.

Our only disappointment was the restaurant was closed on both nights of our stay apparently because it was a bank holiday!

Loved everything

Well, this is the second time that I am being asked to rate the hotel and as before, we loved the helpful staff, conenience of underground parking within the hotel, the adjoing cafeteria and also the location.
