Small intimate hotel slap bang in the centre of the town. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable, plus it had a lovely glazed in balcony with views of the town and surrounding countryside. Our stay included breakfast which was perfect for our needs. The staff were friendly and tripping over themselves to help us with ideas on were we should visit and restaurant suggestions. A very enjoyable experience.

Elderly folk might find the stair climb to reception a little steep, but I am a fit 83 year old and didn't find it a problem - there is a bell at the entrance which you can ring for assistance with you bags and a lift from reception to the rooms..

The location in the central Zocodover Square was perfect! The facility is a small boutique hotel with a lovely rooftop terrace overlooking the square and beyond. Although the hotel was located on the central square, the hotel room was very quiet. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, airy and comfortable. A small enclosed balcony allowed me to watch the Holy Week processions. The couch was the most comfortable hotel couch I have ever encountered. The staff provided me with an electric kettle to make tea in my room. My huge bathroom was gorgeous with a modern, sleek interior. An in room safe and a small refrigerator were nice touches. The staff (Veronica, Diego and Max) were exceptional! All were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend!

I travel with a lot of toiletries and there was not a lot of room for such things.

Excellent hotel within the city's historic center. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the suite we rented was very spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated. It included a coffee maker and coffee in the room. The Wi-Fi signal was strong. The hotel was walking distance to all the main attractions and the hotel staff provided all the critical information for us to move around easily and find everything we wanted to see. The hotel does not offer parking on site but there are several large public parking structures within a few blocks. Finding convenient parking nearby was no problem at all.

We stayed at seven different hotels on our trip and the Boutique Adolfo was our favorite. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, located right in the main square of the historic district of Toledo. The room was clean and comfortable. We had breakfast included and the staff had a lovely breakfast set out on our table in the early morning before our train. We wished we could have stayed an extra night.

This was not a problem for us but just an FYI, there is not an elevator on the entry level. You need to climb stairs to the reception floor and there is an elevator from there going up to the rooms.

We arrived on Toledo on a bank holiday and only discovered late in the afternoon that the lighting and extractor fan in the bathroom were not working. We reported this and were moved to an alternative room and given free breakfasts on all three days of our stay, which we thought was very fair compensation as the breakfast was excellent and the alternative room was almost as nice as the original one (just slightly smaller). Our room overlooked the main square but despite this, was very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable, so sleep quality was excellent. The shower was excellent and toiletries and towels were of high quality .All the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful and ensured that we got the most from our stay. Others have commented on the staircase to the first floor foyer area. It's actually a beautiful staircase, and someone always magically appeared to help us with luggage on arrival and departure, so this was not a problem for us.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. Hot water is always available in the foyer, but it's not quite the same as being able to have a morning cuppa in bed! A minor niggle though - we have stayed in this hotel before and it didn't stop us coming back.

A pleasant hotel in the historic center near both the sites and restaurants/shopping. The room was huge and well designed with a comfortable bed and a very nice bathroom with a large shower. There also was a rooftop terrace with tables for a picknick with great views. The breakfast was good but was the same every morning with no choice.

We had a lot of trouble with the AC system which was essential since the hotel is located on the main square which is quite busy and noisy at night. We also had problems with our electronic keys. The hotels location directly on the main square was convenient but noisy.

The balcony overlooking the square, with the French doors! Oh, we were in Europe , very clearly! It was very exciting to have open windows at night and we thoroughly enjoyed our balcony. Also , we had two questions that the staff answered right away. Very responsive! A little difficult to get to though and we were trying to figure out where the “ escalator “ from the parking areas outside of the garage were— and how to get from the parking area to this mysterious escalator. And right in front of us as we were trying to find the escalator at the bus station, was a whole row of taxis that took us right up to the hotel. I think this should just be stated in the hotel information they give about parking, you don’t have to take the escalator. You can just take a cab. Easy as pie. It would’ve taken a lot of stress out of everything if we had known that we were faced with this idea of lugging suitcases to some escalator and then who knows where that was going to dump us. Anyway. Just saying. Once we got there, the property was absolutely adorable and well-maintained, everything was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Toledo.

Fantastic location spot on the main square! Modern room, good standard, a real balcony big enough for two or three people to enjoy with square views, double bed with good quality madras,big shower, nice bathroom and in all a very positive stay😃. There was also a nice big terrass with views on the fifth floor. We did not expect all this for such a good price! And never forget the staff working, absolutely lovely, so helpful and full with energy and a true will to help. Thanks Veronica (and all the others:))

The staff were very helpful, welcoming and efficient. The hotel looks as if it has just been remodeled and everything is state of the art yet historical. The breakfasts are OUTSTANDING! We would go back just to for those! Eggs, ham, cheese, fresh fruit, espresso, teas, cereals, fresh bread and croissants...the best yogurt and more! The location is in the center with easy access to buses and taxis. Yet it is very quiet.

We loved everything except having to leave.

We liked that it was a small hotel, very convenient to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had some old-world charm, and the view from our room overlooked the main square, which was delightful.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was the only disappointing thing about our stay. The breakfast is served in a dining room, but it comes on a tray with all of the items (in our case for two persons). No hot items were served. The fruits that were served were not edible, as they were not ripe. They also have a very inexpensive espresso machine that uses K cups. It jammed a few times when we tried to use it, but they were able to get it to work. Additionally, the breakfast was pricey ($22 for both), so we only tried it once. For the rest of our stay, we went to McDonalds, which is just a few steps away from the hotel. And McDonalds espresso was great.
