The location of the hotel is located in downtown toledo. Walking Distance to all the tourist attractions and restaurant. Bus stop going to toledo train station is few minutes walk.

This is my second time to stay here and experience the it for the second time. The on the day of check out staff will knock on your door around 11 am to clean and inform you that it is check out even it is stated in my booking and key card that the check our is at 12nn

Decent hotel with friendly and helpful staff and good location, just a minute walk from Alcazar and main square. Room and bathroom were spacious enough. Breakfast was also not bad for this budget : cereals, ham, cheese, vegetables, yaourt, pastries. The main disadvantages of the room were thin blankets and almost no light: no lamp at the ceiling and weak lamps near bad left room very dark in the evening.

We loved that our room was really spacious, clean and had comfortable beds. The AC worked well, the staff was really nice and helpful. It is located a few minutes away from a square which has everything you need.

My only small complaint is that the shower head could not be hung on the shower wall. A kettle with some tea and/or coffee would have been nice too. But these are very little details :)

Fantastic location inside the city walls though just a bit away from the busy and sometimes noisy tourist areas. Our room was by the lift but we didn’t hear it at all and the aircon unit was very efficient and most welcome. We had a view of the cathedral out of one of our windows which when lit up at night was magical. We availed of their 24 hour parking deal with an underground car park nearby saving over five euros.

Evening receptionist very pleasant but Morning/day receptionist was not. Too busy on her phone watching something in the bar. Had to find her to check out. All her hissing and sighing when there was no hot water at breakfast and again when we needed to use a translate app to get the instructions correct on which ticket to use where for the carpark nearby. A ticket we had to buy from her. She just wanted us to go. And even then, her instructions were not correct. In 4 weeks of travelling, the only person we have had an issue with.

Location was great and breakfast 10 euro great choice and quality. Staff friendly and helpful

Sometimes it could be a little noisy but this was down to people staying in the hotel not respecting other customers peace.

Location near Zocodover Plaza/bus stop, so easy access from the train station. We had planned to take a taxi, but we decided to take the bus and that worked great (note: the bus requires cash; doesn’t accept credit). Also this hotel has an elevator

Great location , staff were very helpful and tried to help customers on the beast way even on the day of the complete blackout in Spain . Couldn’t find anywhere to eat and the lady at the reception offered to make sandwiches.

Everything was great, but you have to carry your bags up and down the stairs. it’s fine if you don’t have heavy bags. Really good location it wonderful historical city

As I understood, all parking is located far from the hotel.

Excellent location right in the heart of historic Toledo. The hotel is clean, modern and very comfortable. A good and very reasonably priced restaurant is practically on the doorstep, with many others close by. Toledo was the capital of the Visigothic kingdom and then the first capital of Christian Spain as the "Reconquista", the reconquest from the Muslims, advanced. It is thoroughly medieval and totally worth seeing. The cathedral is breathtaking! An absolute must! If you plan to proceed from Toledo to another city, e.g., Cordoba, bear in mind that you will have to go back to Madrid and travel from there. There are no direct buses or trains from Toledo except to Madrid. Toledo can be visited as a day-trip from Madrid if you are willing to get up early -the guided tours take place in the morning.

The narrow, winding, medieval streets of Toledo are complex to navigate -part of the charm of the Toledo experience is losing one's way in them! However, it would be helfpul if the Reception Desk had actual maps of the historic district instead of photocopies. It would also help if the staff, who don't themselves live in historic Toledo and are unfamiliar with "the maze", received training on how to reach the major tourist attractions. They are very friendly and helpful in providing information on tours, but are often unable to provide directions due to insufficient knowledge of the area surrounding the hotel.
